cafemondo
Wow, what can I say? F&O pulled it off again with another amazing site and a day packed full of some extremely intense and enjoyable games. Games were long, well thought out and were tweaked throughout the day with input from the players during briefings on what worked best for this unique urban site. Its a very big and interesting old textile mill, working toilets, 3 safe rooms so loads of room for kit and such. Dinner was ubiquitous hotdogs, coke and choc chip cookie, pyros, bbs and hireguns available. Top attitude from the players attending and from all the staff/marshalls. Basement level is huge, cut up with solid walls and some hessian, very dark in some places, kudos to the guy in the far end hidey hole who let a few of us creep up and then just leathered us unaware of his spot and was last man standing for that game. The site has quite a few nooks, crannies and dead ends so making sure areas are cleared and searched properly requires a bit of thoroughness. Level 2 was absolutely evil, easy to defend and a nightmare to attack, pyros a total must for this one. Saw some excellent teamwork in breaching rooms and stair clearing. Offices were great, the calculators still work!!! And the sofas mean a nice place to sit and cap asses from - lol This site full of WIN I think its called and definitely worth a visit. And its going to get even bigger once the side warehouse gets cleared over the coming months!
