aznriptide859
http://shop.ehobbyasia.com/accessories/sco...ight-3-moa.html This was on the front page of eHobby. I'm aware that STAR once did make a Z-Point replica, but it's been out of stock for ages. Why is it back in stock now? Though I still want one for my MP7
somegirls
From what they said it's an improved "Version 2"
Jonny
I bought the version 1 years ago, looks nice, fairly solid. But the sight window is so small and dim that it was virtually useless in a darkened CQB environment. And I think it takes some weird *albatross* CR1220 batteries or something, and getting to that battery access door was a pain in the *albartroth*. Hopefully the improvements in their V2 make it worth purchasing.
Crimson
i love their selling point : Extremely good looking on sub-machine guns such as MP7 / MP5 / etc...
AliceHKfan
for a second I thought they meant the ridiculously huge old laser from like the 80's disregard: said item was made by Hensoldt
greg
I had one of these a few years back. The spring loaded mount wasn't very good, so it never held zero. The red dot was an out of focus splodge. Very disappointing for the money. Fingers crossed this is an improvement. Greg.

Greg. same here...I still have it somewhere but for the money very disappointing...they would need to improve it 200% and have correct trades on it for me to consider it again... aznriptide859
It runs on 2032/2035, same as most scope batteries now. Still, harder to get than button cells or CR123A's.
Seraphim989
I really want one for a G36A2 build, but STAR optics are such utter *suitcase*.
Panzergraf
Yeah, I know. I still ordered one, though.

orca
WOW. That thing is horrid! Externals wise, except for an S in place of a Z, it's a pretty cose replica of the real Zeiss. I have a 1st gen though and the optics and power switch are pure ######. Hope these 2nd gens have improved on at least those issues.

greg
http://www.starairsoft.com/product_detail.php?productid=537 seems better but read for your self. Read what? It doesn't say anything about sorting the drifting zero or making the dot any sharper. Greg.
BoNZi
If it was all black I would buy it in a heartbeat. Looks promising however..

QuiN
Wow, the V2 doesn't look like the original any more. That's an improvement for a replica...
