Looks like a KSC or maybe KWA M11A1 with a magnesium bolt + upper receiver set. If you look in the chamber there should be a ridged circle surrounding the hop up rubber and inner barrel, and you rotate that to turn the hop up and down (I forget which way does what). There is a tool the gun should have which makes this easier to do, but if you don't have it you can probably just do it with your fingers. Yeah, it's the pistol grip version of the ACM M500 with a full stock installed.

To remove the bipod you push up on the black tab on the bottom of the front of the handguard and pull out the sling loop.

KSC CZ-75 1st Version:

It is pretty much a perfect match to the CA's color and texture.

It's the pin behind the plate located towards the front and on the underside of the foregrip. You push in the little metal plate and pull the pin out. You then put the bipod into the notch and re-insert the pin.

Speaking of Echo1 M203's, here are some pics of mine on my JG M733: I'm pretty pleased with the Echo1 M203, my only complaint is that the grip on it feels like pretty cheap plastic, and gives it sort of a toyish feel, but other than that I love it.

I can just about squeeze an 8.4v mini above the barrel when using the lower handguard in place of the upper, it doesn't quite lock into the delta ring completely, but it's on securely enough that it shouldn't fall off accidentally. However, I plan on getting an M4 handguard so it will lock in totally so I won't have to worry about at all.

JG M733 with Echo1/2Roy short M203.

Mine is holding up fine, still performs as well as it did when I first got it and is still very solid, but has very slight play between the front end and the receiver after I disassembled it partially, probably just needs a screw tightened but it's not really bad enough to bother doing. I am still very pleased with it and don't regret buying it at all.
