Do you have an irrational fear for swords and knives too? When a governing body imposes a ban on particular weapons to make it's citizenry more docile it will try to demonize them (sometimes with the help of religion or mass media) for a lasting effect over future generations.

I am so sad that no-one makes a reliable, skirmishable High Power . It was used by loads of people so surely there must be a loadout market for it alone? However that thing does look so beautiful. 'FireKnife'

Is now tempted to buy a G&P SR16E3. Don't know why, just feel compelled to, I don't even like ARs

.I like classic too much, all my 1911s are now Series 70s or older
.No rails for me, I like being complicated and difficult.

That's not complicated, very straight forward actually. Verging on boring . . . . perhaps.

I mean complicated in how I mount my lights and hold them
. A rail would be easy.In reality I just don't like them as I find for airsoft and pistol there is nothing I really need at most games I attend (laser on a pistol?, nah).

It does, doesn't it. Never quite got why but I just liked it. Too bad I didn't keep it and get the awesome 'sniper' smock they made in it. Well you will get nothing like MilSim here, think play for the day paintball and speed games but with airsoft guns and hi-caps and you are not far off. Sadly with the way the site is there is little chance to try out manouvers, flanking and anything but direct attack. 'FireKnife'

Nope. 2011 by definition is double stack and that two halves plastic and metal grip. 1911 is single stack and one piece frame, Para-Ordnance is a bit of both (kinky). In fact here is the comment regarding STI guns: "It is most well known for its "2011" modular frame guns (so-called because the lower grip and trigger guard, which is made of a fiber reinforced plastic, is a separate component from the metal upper portion of the frame that comprises the dust cover and frame rails)."
