There was 1 good line in that. I like the idea of the Marine Commando's blasting someoen caught cheating at the 100m breaststroke, made me chuckle. But really, the person who wrote that is retarded. I can imagine the headlines now, Uk announces games will have no security to appease internet trolls, al quaeda announces it's unsporting to attack games with no security and international athletes are safe.

The trick is to relax your arm during and after the shot so the fluid is quickly absorbed into your blood and not bundled up in the muscle causing inflammation.

Yea, tensing muscles during a shot makes it much worse. Actually looking at it makes the pain worse too (science study proven too lol).

So, who else is a fan of the original Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles? Sound off crystal caravaners! My biggest regret is that I never have been able to play multiplayer on it.

Bit of an uneducated question. If I wanted to get my father something MAGPUL-brand real steel related for father's day, but not quite sure if rails/grips/parts will fit anything he has, what should I look for and where in the USA? I considered getting him some more PMAGS or pehaps those Ranger Plates/original magpuls.

You can never have too many magazines. Plus they are a disposal as they break etc.
