If you search ebay I'm positive you can find a Point Blank ACU IBA in the size you are looking for. Last time I checked the going rate was about $170-$250 depending on the size and condition. Also, the ones on ebay will rarely have the soft armor inserts. Link to post Share on other sites

Light Fighter Posted May 23, 2008 Report Share Posted May 23, 2008 The IOTV at ATS does not include any hard armor. Sgt. Kinnaird, I payed a whole lot less than $1700 bucks for my IOTV. IOTV seems to run a bit larger than other standard issue vests. I had a 2xl IBA that fit fine but my 2xl IOTV rides around my hips. Still works fine though and have no issues/regrets about it. Still waiting on a couple parts to finish up my IOTV load. Now I just need to try and source some ESAPI's. Link to post Share on other sites
