Kosac
Buy one of those spring LAW kits from redwolf and put a mini launcher in it.
Lance Jackass
Well ive allready started making this so its a little late lol. How do you join metal to PVC please anyone?
Kosac
Thats a hard one what sort of metal and PVC is it ( i.e is it a pipe or a sheet etc.)
Lance Jackass
PVC pipe, unsure which metal to use yet. Might have to use a plastic instead of metal. Or use aluminium to keep the weight down as it wil crack the pipe.

Lance Jackass
Oh that only complictaes things!!!!! lol My major problem now is the upper body and the actual firing mech. Its not as easy as i thoguht.... got any ideas?
Catchv22
The thing is with the moscart option, you have the choice of firing bbs or the nerf foam rockets. The LAW has an odd trigger system up top so I'm not sure how you'd design or actuate it.
mig_eater
Hi, I'm working on a law my current plan is to get a mini moscart attach it to the inner tube, as for the firing mech i'm using the original one on the law(rod on to pulled forward to arm. if you open the box on the back (originally where the primer was) it just stroikes in there when you push the trigger, what i've done is filled a tube with bbs(proper metal ones not our type), anyway when there of the same diameter as the tube it bends fairly freely so i've attacheed one end to the moscart (over the firing pin thingy) and the other to where the stirke hits inside the law. when the stirke hits its transfered down the bbs to the firing pin and woosh. well thats the theory anyway it's works in bench tests but i haven't got round to wiring it all up so to speak. haven't been able to figure the 5 tracersyet tho:( it's a work in progress if you want to try it go ahead, but i wouldn't mind a wee bit of the credit . and any suggestions for improvement would be appreciated mig
Lance Jackass
Are you building a LAW 80 then?
mig_eater
LAW 66 actually , and it's been sitting on the shelve half done, probably won't be finished for a while as everythings been put on hold for a-levels now mig

W.K.Shuridys
Doesn't look right? How about this then? http://www.rustyspaintballgear.com/rs/cata...s.asp?ID_Wep=
mig_eater
Your right a milan would rock:D and yeah i've got a spent tube, alot easier than fiddling around like a plumber on anfetamines, and you don't have to worry about getting the right markings or sights www.dugup.co.uk, i got mine off e-bay but this site sells them. Lance Jackass
So your the fruitcage who bought the one i was after!!!! lol The only problem with the originals is the radioactive ###### on the fron sight. but its probably not a problem. Yes the other law looks realistic, but i dont have £200 lol.
PlasticMag
Doesn't look right? How about this then? http://www.rustyspaintballgear.com/rs/cata...s.asp?ID_Wep=47 <{POST_SNAPBACK}> They claim it's only available in CA.
W.K.Shuridys
Yeah, that kinda sucks. I've been meaning to call them and ask what that entails; if it means you can conceal a CA bottle within the unit or if you'll have something protruding, or worse yet require an external air line. Lance Jackass
Surely a 12 gram co2 with an adapter would work?
XenoBait
Surely a 12 gram co2 with an adapter would work? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I got the impresion it was only available in CAlifornia, rather than compressed air. Silly me.
Lance Jackass
Me too lol
mig_eater
Lol nah that wasn't me i was after that one too tho The front sight may once have been radioactive, but it's well past it's halflife now, doesn't glow or anything, probably a condition of sale, plus the law 66 isn't used anymore so any you pick up will be quite old most likely +10yrs, and if it use tritum in the front sight then thats got a half life of 7.5 yrs near enough
Lance Jackass
Yeah its no real problem anyways. Otherwise they wouldnt issue them.
Unlimited Ammo
Scrap the LAW 66 project and keep up to date and make a LAW 88, you could get a nerf gun with 3 rockets on the end , cheers
