KALASH69
These are old, but: MCCUU: Flightsuit: Got my headset after the first picture was taken, so it\'s not there. Wires seem to get in my way. Anyone have a good way to stow them or keep them out of my way? First time using a head set with PTT like so. Please note that this isnt suppose to be an impression of any particular unit, Marine, etc. Just a general kit. Getting Soon: -Gentex Suspension -TA31 Replica -OTV of some sort (Condor, Pointblank, what ever floats my way)(With camelback too) OR -CIRAS (Pantac or China) Thats all. Matt0311
Might be getting this after my first loadout: http://www.rangerjoes.com/phenix-gear-oper...lar-p-4288.html I assume that will be acceptable for a Marine Grunt loadout... EDIT: Looks cool Kalash...
nappy hared azn
Actually, that looks like it might make a decent substitute for a SPC. It won't hold up to any scrutiny, but with enough pouches on there, it might fool people at first glance.
Sparty442
Congrats brandon. Its about time.
Fatal
Loadout looks good too me. Maybe a cat eye to top it off?

KALASH69
May I ask where you got your balaclava from? Looks pretty good Me? It's a Recon Wrap. Spec-Ops brand. CB.
McArthur
Bugger it. I wish PANTAC made a CB Balaclava. I know they're a Chinese replica company, but it's just too difficult getting the real deal gear. That recon wrap would be great - but shipping to New Zealand is $25USD. This is why I have to stick with Chinese repro - buying a bunch of pouches from the States just costs too much in shipping, it's absurd.
KALASH69
Wow, that sucks man. Pantac does, but its about the same price: http://www.airsoftgi.com/product_info.php?...roducts_id=3815 I don't know if its actually tan, or airsoft gi just says that (it seems they call everything tan). You can get a recon-wrap on ebay really cheap man. I got mine for 15 dollars shipped when I bought it.
McArthur
I will continue to look for a suitable option. It seems with most smaller items like these, shipping is always the killer. Thanks for the help Kalash
Matt0311
I'm going to get these AITES pouches: https://www.entrygear.com/product.asp?id=LB-5065 Not these: https://www.entrygear.com/product.asp?id=LB-4999 The pouches in the first link seem more useful in my opinion, that is the reason i am getting them. Also sorry for the question. In pictures i have seen of Marines, why do some of them have their carry handle/standard sights under the front of their RAS? Is it there because just in case something happens to the scope they can switch it out quickly? Or to protect the RAS, or have it almost like a bipod? Thanks, Matt
Fatal
So you don't loose it, while on deployment you have to keep account of that part if you have an acog. So instead of putting it in your seabag, some people hook it on their rail. It can also be used as a back upside if you dont have a BUIS already.
Matt0311
Thanks for the information Fatal. Been wondering about that a while... Yeah, i was thinking, "Why don't they put it in their bags or with their gear."
Fatal
Thats what I did, then forgot about it until I got home... from the end of my service ;-)
Matt0311
Yeah, i don't see it in the majority of the pictures i have seen, but when i first saw it i was like, What the hell? Hehe...

They're both the same, just the flaps are different. But if you are going to use them for your FR/MSOB loadout then yeah, because they do look like Eagle pouches. They'd be good for your 2 Marine loadouts.

I'm trying to help a friend with his Marine loadout, thought you might have some more good pics somewhere
