leonkennedy74
Love the Pmags, not sure why they cost so much. 20 dollars for a 120 round midcap is outrageous. Anyone know why?
BrooklynBorn
Love the Pmags, not sure why they cost so much. 20 dollars for a 120 round midcap is outrageous. Anyone know why? Because it's Magpul
ThaFlash
I used to pay $40 for TM standards. When Midcaps came out I was so relieved that I could get them for $23+ shipping from HK, but they didn't work nearly as good. These probably cost $20 because that's fair market price for a quality midcap in a quality, licensed shell.
uscmCorps
Any plans for DE versions of both? I wonder if they'll appear at the same time too.. mid april? PMAGs will be out in all the normal colors. EMAG will just be black (for now). Love the Pmags, not sure why they cost so much. 20 dollars for a 120 round midcap is outrageous. Anyone know why? Because sometimes licensing, quality, and reliability isn't free. If you think $20 is outrageous, you should probably stick to ACM products. Airsofters have it so easy nowadays ... CommieHunter
MAGPUL PTS has confirmed that they will be producing a PMAG 30G that fits the G36 AEGs. $20 a mag is not a bad price at all. It wasn't that long ago that mags were way more expensive, and they weren't that great (G&P midcaps at $25+)
Agent Hunk
I remember paying $25 for a TM mag that only held 68. Now that they made E-mags my paper thin reason, that P-Mags don't work in 416s won't hold up and I might have to cave and buy some. Can E-Mags take ranger plates?
aznriptide859
^They should be able to, yes. BTW Rhino Airsoft now has both the new PMAG's and EMAG's
uscmCorps
Confirmed, the new PMAGs will be slightly thinner to have more compatibility in out of spec guns that the older versions were previously too tight in, such as King Arms and KWAs. Some other new stuff coming down the pipe. Exciting stuff!
hayabusa46
^They should be able to, yes. BTW Rhino Airsoft now has both the new PMAG's and EMAG's By the way azn I hope u will not empty the stock's of ehobby again! Edit: Some other new stuff coming down the pipe. Exciting stuff! NeoVeNoM
Iphone case, PTS version! Seriously, I am waiting for the first one; "so why did you buy an I phone?" "Well duh, so I could use the Magpul I phone case." Yet still not convincing enough for me to buy one. (they are darn expensive BE)
alston251
Confirmed, the new PMAGs will be slightly thinner to have more compatibility in out of spec guns that the older versions were previously too tight in, such as King Arms and KWAs. Some other new stuff coming down the pipe. Exciting stuff! They had to do that 2 months after i bought my King Arms SR-15 and sanded down my magwell just for those PMAGs. Agent Hunk
Just ordered 4 of the E-mags. Will report back when E-Hobby gets them to me.
WhiteHawksan
its called profiteering, if you don't like it. Don't buy it pretty simple really. However, I am interested in some G36 mids, my KA ones are *fruitcaging spongemix* and quite frankly, for the few that I use it'd be worth shelling out for something a little different. Normally I'd buy clones, but even I (the anti-*I use homophobic slurs and want to get banned*) think its wrong to buy cloned MagPul stuff as it is kinda directly stealing business from MagPul PTS. And in resposne to peopel saying licencing, erm WTF?! *I use homophobic slurs and want to get banned* own the licences, they dont' sell them between PTs and RS... Love the Pmags, not sure why they cost so much. 20 dollars for a 120 round midcap is outrageous. Anyone know why?
Agent Hunk
Not that outrageous. Magazines are an investment. I like them more then the MAG mid-caps. Which I used religiously for a few years prior to now. Ordered 4. Liked them enough to order 4 more.
my_plague_666
hmm, liking that emag, looks pretty smart. i reckon that would really suit an L85, especially with black furniture.
Agent Hunk
E-Mags HATE CA receivers. You have to jam it in there and then pry it out.
hayabusa46
Can u try them with VFC HK416 receiver?
Agent Hunk
If I find someone with one. Right now I have tried the following: CA- Needs to be forced in and forced out. G&P- Goes right in. Even wobbles a bit. AGM- Goes in, usually needs an extra slap to lock in but falls free with mag release.
FACSpitfire97
I apologize if I missed this in reading through, but has anybody heard an ETA or estimated price for the 30G/20G PMags?
