Chrissyg
Ill try and get Steve to bring it down at the next game in 2 weeks. But it makes a loud "pop" sound when fired.
dr3w
i bought mine used for 1k. It shoots like a POS, but it is awaiting Co2 internals, w00t for a blowback m82
Classicx
so it is possible for it to use a big CO2 can similar to classic airsoft? What modifications or parts do you need for this?
Ununpentium
Oh no... I was just about to find out what it would take for C02 in an M82 and now... Dead... Just dust and echoes... I would like a compressed air tank to sit inside the Barret's Stock with a biult in regulator. That would be ideal. Then just get an air compresser and fill the tank back up again... Aod
i thought that the VFC barret fires at about 600-700fps with .34s? there was a thread about it ages ago.

Endospore
Even if someone did make a good version of this gun, what would be the use of an airsoft version? They are just way too heavy for any practical use. I would hate lugging one around during a game, and I would eventually set it down and use a pistol the rest of the game. But, then again, I'm not a big fan of this gun anyway. I prefer the PSG-1, MSG-90, and some other snipers. But, I always prefer assault rifles and SMG's to snipers.
master_titled
i good use would be a stationary rifle... I dunno if you know what I mean. Hmm... maybe like an active prop? Bolt it on a vehicle? <- that'd be useless...
El Ornitorrinco
HFC134a gas (good for 290-310fps using 0.34g 8mm BBs), TOP GAS (good for 430-450fps using 0.34g 8mm BBs), and RED GAS (good for 440-460fps) People were coming up with funky numbers for enery in joules, wanted to set it straight. Also the V.2 of this gun is perfectly fine... If someone made a good version of this gun, good grief. Edited November 11, 2006 by El Ornitorrinco
