Lookie what KY Airsoft just posted about on Facebook! :D

Hey guys, product news!

AW Cutoms, V10 6mm GBB pistol will be soon available, product price and details will be released in September.
Do keep an eyes on our page for more newest AW and WE details!

No ambi safety on it.

Looks pretty sick IMO! Always liked these but I don't think any company has made an affordable and desirable full metal one, which I would assume this is.

The black color, the big bull barrel, the portings, the grips... Wooowza! :D

No markings at all from the preview pics which is OK for this one I guess.

Or WE did make some compact V10s earlier I think but we all know their early pistols are sheit so :P

But then again as I understand it AW Custom is spruced up WE guns?

Oh well.

Are V10s officially a sub-category of the 1911 series or what? I don't really know.

Someone mentioned the custom full steel compact V10s in the Facebook comment being $1500 USD and KY responded this will be about 1/10th of that so I am guesstimating $120-$160 USD.

I think I shall have to get me one of these :D

This will be a good appetizer before TM releases their version of the V10 :)

In 3 years, and then another 1-2 before metal kits are out :P

I can definitely see this as being a favorite "couch gun" to have out and about to play with :)

It's a dolled up WE. And while I normally don't find anything wrong with that, their 1911 mags, yes even their shorter Officers model are prone to bloating.

Will probably not be an issue for you. What I'd like to know though is if these use WE's V2 internals.

I take it you mean a V16 that isn't a $400 WA.

Looks good :D

I asked if it was new WE 1911 internals and they said no, it's "AW internals"... But AW is WE stuff so who knows.

Shooting test looked good though :D

Especially on a V10.  You need those SFA markings.

Maybe you can suggest to KY that Cybergun license the markings for it :D

They told me they expect stock to arrive end of this month or early October.

Except for the logo, the lettering you can get at an engraver or a jewelery (who Will send it to their engraver) for around 20€.

If you take it to a jewelry shop, phone ahead first to get the OK.  Those shutters come down fast and it's super awkward waiting inside with everyone for plod to turn up.

Hahaha!

Yeah, well, obviously just take the disassebled slide and explain that it's part of an airsoft gun.
