beta08
Well, as far as I know, this came out of nowhere. http://www.wgcshop.com/pcart/shopper.php?i...EG-E-DFD_srch_1

davedawg123
VFC externals, 8mm gearbox, and $300. Not bad even it is yet another armalite.

pforcerecon
ugly??...maybe so, but pretty good for the price and considering its coming from VFC. I wonder what they'll come out with next??
Vercingetorix
hmmm.. custom shorty URX? Interesting....
beta08
ugly??...maybe so, but pretty good for the price and considering its coming from VFC. I wonder what they'll come out with next?? Actually, the price is pretty good. I just wish the controls were ambidextrous.
uscmCorps
Actually, the price is pretty good. I just wish the controls were ambidextrous. That is pretty surprising they didn't go with the all ambidextrous controls like on their SR15/SR16 variants. I do LOVE mine.
pforcerecon
as do I Corps . Hopefully VFC will come out with more versatility. I can't lie, even though an MP5 is an MP5, I wonder how VFC would do one of those. They have good guns as I loved my AK74su before I sold it.
fiddlesticks4220
arent the vfcs trades suposed to be engraved an not white? it just makes me not want it. VFC should have engraved
Kai_Wolf
I am loving my SR16 from VFC now. Im sure this one is nice as well.
WhiteHawksan
to be fair, yet ANOTHER armalite variant is not really news, however in this case as it is VFC and well priced I guess it is. However I think there should be a specific thread for new armalites, with strict moderation so that anyone going in there to go armalites are a pile of *fruitcage* can be swiftly deleted and those taht couldn't care less if armalite went out of busienss don't have to sift through post after post of armalite releases. Just my two pence
smelsonlaflin
Eh, I dont really like it. And i agree with the flooded m16/m4 market idea. I think these companies could sell more if they just spent time on making the more unique guns. America and some other countries use the m16/m4,, doesnt make it the best, most interesting gun ever. Damn good, but lets see some wider selection.
TheKurodaVagrant
Hopefully VFC will come out with more versatility. I can't lie, even though an MP5 is an MP5, I wonder how VFC would do one of those. I like the way you think.
reaper16
I agree with smelsonlafin i would like to see more variety
uscmCorps
arent the vfcs trades suposed to be engraved an not white? it just makes me not want it. VFC should have engraved I'm surprised they didn't do engraved trades as they did with their SR16E3 IWS series... http://www.arniesairsoft.co.uk/forums/inde...i&img=11904 Kai, is you SR16 working now? I notice that it's no longer for sale.
Hammerfall
They keep making armalite variants because simply put - they sell. That paired with the fact a massive amount of the R&D is already done, from past models, they'll be a lot cheaper to make, so in the companies eyes - it is a win win situation. recon1988
I can't be the only one who likes simple M4s better than all these new models. The only modern M4 variant that looks decent is the Magpul version.
Vlado
I agree with you, I think this thing looks hideous.
Chrome Beretta
Yea but its good for a potentally awesome project gun. Just think, $300 and you already have a battery stock & metal body. I bet i could get an M4 inner/outer barrel and have this thing M4 status in no time . And its VFC, so the internals wont SUCK.
Naveronski
YAY!! Another short M16! This is only the 18th or so: 3 from AGM, 4 from A&K, 1 TM, 2 JG, 7 G&P, .... Not nearly enough amirite!?
the.jaguar
There's only one thing that concerns me regarding the gearbox. I have heard that VFC SR series utilize a special modified gearbox, and the AEG does not compatible with G&P, kingarms, marui and systema's gearbox. Is it true?
