Isamu
Im not very into ARs, but this looks a bit different to the SR16 Im used to see on these forums... http://www.gunnerairsoft.com/catalog/produ...623d0138ab93f3a Anyway, a cheap base for a build, too bad Fung doesnt like giving details like FPSs and so on... Veredict?
BrooklynBorn
:yikes: :yikes: :yikes: This is win for KAC fans.
Isamu
It sure is, but Im afraid of not knowing JM brand... and at that price... well, lets just wait for reviews
chas
JM is the brand that makes the chinese PDW (the one that's not Dboys). If you think about it, the price is pretty reasonable. The problem, Isamu, is that you are still thinking in aftermarket parts and what would cost you to build this rifle. But have a look at the Dboys HK416 and its price. But have a look at the Dboys HK416 and its price. nice they got new release, their releases so far KAC PDW (copied from DBoys) and G36 AEG pretty good quality also, now 3rd release all good so far, so im pretty sure the quality is good also! Isamu
My problem is that im still thinking in "pre-move" prices so 137$ plus shipping is a bit higher than expected. But if the quality is nice, I will get used to it. Too bad im fixed on getting a TM socom carbine

08kecarv
JM is terrible. I have the JM PDW and the thing sucks utter wank. I'd give this a pass just from my personal experiences with the JM brand. However JM does make some good KAC accessories
Frontiers
JM is terrible. I have the JM PDW and the thing sucks utter wank. I'd give this a pass just from my personal experiences with the JM brand. However JM does make some good KAC accessories i have no idea of the PDW but their G36 is the best in China, much better than Golden Eagle one (sold under Jing Gong brand)
adadqgg
their G36 is the best in China, much better than Golden Eagle one (sold under Jing Gong brand) Are they nylon-fiber?
WhiteHawksan
but the JG(GE) G36 is regarded as pretty damn stonking, so that means the JM makes the TM look likes its for wimps?

REVOA4
Found a short review
08kecarv
I wonder if the ambi bolt catch works too. Seems that they just pulled their old PDW sized left side mag release and stuck it on there as you can see that its very small. If the finish of the JM PDW is any indicator of how this rifle will be, I'll probably give it a pass. However, this gun does look quite interesting (but not promising) and I'd like to see just how 'good' they say it is firsthand.
BrooklynBorn
http://www.airsoftglobal.com/product_info....gi3eaos8riid5j5 From Airsoftglobal: ^^fixed. Because fans will get No Compromise version. Well, I'd buy it for the URX itself. Forget the internals. It's cheaper than the entire G&P front end.
chas
Wow, the ambi- fire selector, bolt catch release and QD sling attachment points are really neat. Not to mention the KAC trigger guard.
Isamu
What worries me is that maybe its cloned from VFC, meaning that the bolt lock system is very fragile But yes, for external pieces its cheap
Mental Medic
I have a lingering suspicion that the right side bolt catch is non-functional......
uscmCorps
According to the YouTube video, this is fully functional, same as the VFC SR16.
beretta
Id give it a go, their KAC PDW was great. a little shinier than the Dboys but it had 7mm bearings, bearing spring guide thats screwed in through the back of the gearbox etc and better shimmed than the Dboys that is a little hit and miss as to weather you get metal or nylon bushings. appslapp
Did I understad you wrong;)...do the JM pdw sporting a quickrealese spring? regarding this: "bearing spring guide thats screwed in through the back of the gearbox "
beretta
Did I understad you wrong;)...do the JM pdw sporting a quickrealese spring? regarding this: "bearing spring guide thats screwed in through the back of the gearbox " no no, but they have a countersunk screw in the back of the gearbox in order to centre the bearing spring guide and lower the noise. another nice thing is the KAC covers they put on the fire selectors to cover up the hex screws. reaper16
This is stupid.... if you want KAC its for the looks...so why not pay for good looks. You wouldnt pay for an ugly stipper so why pay for a gun that will end up being ugly..buy VFC or KA and enjoy it.
