Thanks Kojak, if I was a little more careful with the rivet placement I would have been able to screw a malice clip to it, but it was my first attempt and i didnt really know what I was doing. Just going to strap it to my 6004 I think. I used some old wood and clamps, no hinge or anything clever. but im looking into making kind of a book press style setup.

The light does intrude a little bit into the sight picture, but its not too bad. Ive waited years for an LLM replica, theres no way im taking it off .

The magnifier's mount is on backwards because I'm left handed and need it to flip out of my way, so the throw lever looks a little odd . If you're talkin about the mp7 rear sight, that is on the wrong way because that is the only way it can fit under the magnifier.

My hop unit has not broken yet, but it does feel more brittle than other brands. A prowin style chamber is in order I think, also if you move the cocking handle's floppy bit to either side, you'll reveal a little grub screw that holds the metal chamber that the hop up locks into. That chamber can rotate fairly easily, so its another area of adjustment I guess. That trigger system+bolt catch is certainly an interesting design Im still pleased with my K though. The most solid G36 I have owned for sure, but not an AEG for someone who wants skirmishability out of the box.

Are standard Ops core chinstraps compatible with airframes?

I'll be ordering an x-nape pretty soon for my clone airframe. Looking at the h-nape supplied with the clone it certainly appears to be a faithful replica of the real thing, at least in terms of form and function (obviously there's a quality difference). I don't anticipate any fitment issues.

Thanks Tanner. yes they are the new g36 Pmags, I have 6 of them and they have been 100% reliable; and much easier to deal with than the typical giant g36 mag.

no problem, yes that is the vest, although the picture is of a Gen. 1. current gen does not have those little D rings by the shoulders. price is also a little steep. I bought mine from lindnerhof for 215 euro before their website had prices listed.
