Sounds like it may just be customs doing the usual, taking forever then handing it off to PF who will ask for a bit extra for doing nothing at all.

It's got to a point when I'm disappointed to not see a parcelforce letter on my mat to let me know I haven't been scammed lol.

Ouch, that is bad, but reminds me of when I ordered my PPK/S ages ago, so worried about how long PF would take to drop off the damn thing.
