Thanks for the comments guys, those two are the only pictures i have im afraid. The site is a Army training village we were allowed to use for the day. The weather was ferocious, severe winds and rain all day but it was still a blast. Room clearing was awesome!

Dark Rising a few weeks ago.

Thanks for the kind comments guys. I started with a base of Khaki and some patches of dark brown, then i grabbed a bunch of small twigs and stenciled over the entire gun with Olive drab. The black stripes were added randomly to break it up and anyone who says black doesnt appear in nature hasn't heard of shadows/shade. The final coat was a very light dusting of Olive drab from about two and a half feet over the entire gun to dull all the colors down and soften any hard edges. Number5, The box mag is a classic army 1200 round "nutsack" in US woodland.

Took this over a year ago, its great camo for Northern Irish terrain.

I Bought one of these jackets out of interest as i bought the Real Tad gear one a few months ago. There are a few differences as pointed out in the original post the material is slightly different and also a slightly lighter shade than TAD,s ME Green. The inner part of the replica jacket does not have the same coolmax lining that the TAD one has so might not disperse sweat as well. Little minor details like the zip garages are a lot tighter on the replica. The material of the replica isnt as soft to the touch nor does it have the stretch of the real item. I haven't had a ch

loosing the followers from your mags is one of the best things you can do, they can lead to jams inside the mags that are a pita to clear, usually involving stripping the mags down. pop a few black or coloured bb's in there instead to let you know that mag is empty.

PTW with real steel VLTOR CASV and Eotech 551 rev f No down the sight view i'm afraid. You also loose the coexist of the iron sights and eotech when using a CASV.

Its a PTW so will take a number of real steel parts, the mag shells can be modified as far as i know. Does look good though, similar to the way i had mine set up.

Buy the 2 inch stuff and run two strips side by side.. it follows the contours of the helmet a lot better too.

Not really, like any camoflage it depends what you decide to hide in/behind... Most of ireland is a lot greener than that.

Sorry bud but i found this amusing, surely the fact that it is called a Swiss ARMY knife is a clue to its heritage? It may not have a fancy pair of pliers (though some swiss army knives do) but it probably does exactly the same amount of things that a gerber or leatherman can do for half or maybe quarter the price.

Thanks guys, the Sling was Built by a friend in the states so i dont want to give away too much info on his design. The Gp pouch is three pals wide and 6 channels deep though im recalling that from memory (and my memory aint what it used to be!) I also have a set of Eagle ammo pouches and two GP pouchs in Multicam for my multicam setup, the mc on coyote looks and works pretty good.
