Lerch
Very nice any idea the internal capacity of it?
Lacky
30 odd litres, I can fit a DPM Gore-Tex jacket, smock, stove with kit, water bottle, and have room to spare, quite good I think for a small bag. Â Â

Pkekyo-Nor
This isn't strictly a backpack, but IMO it's worth a mention, and I intend to partially use it as such.  This is the NFM 90L Cimidan/"Jødebag"/Gyda bag (clicky for larger pictures)   I'm immensely impressed with this bag thus far.  - 1000D Cordura - Three approx. 2qt canteen sized side pouches - Full width pouch on the end - Double mag pouch and what seems to be useful as a FAK on the other end - Carry/drag handles in each end - Regular bag carry handle - Padded rucksap straps - Waterproof rubberized bottom - Two internal pockets, great size for maps, personal belongings and such  It carries VERY comfortably as a rucksack if you pack it with a bit of thought put into it (softer items towards the top). It fits my entire kit and is surprisingly easy to handle... absolutely recommended
Pkekyo-Nor
I came to the decision that I needed a small pack for Op.Pinky VI that's coming up in a couple of weeks, and here's what I came up with this far: Â (clicky for larger pictures) Â Will be dusted furthermore with OD paint in the morning, the Tan became VERY tan when the flash came out

Basho
 This is my Maxpedition RollyPolly extreme. It rolls up very small yet carries a lot more than you would imagine. I reviewed it here:  Outside Context  My big bag is an arter'yx 60L and a DPM cover. Amazing quality on those.    Basho
Pkekyo-Nor
I'm off for the weekend, just finished up packing the stuff I'm bringing  (clicky for larger pictures)   The packs and bag have a combined internal volume of exactly 200 Liters, and then there's the rifle bag in addition

IronWolf
Is he Sotech go bag bigger than the pantac one? Â Never compared the two, though I'd have thought that they would have been the same size (considering that the Pantac is a replica of the S.O. Tech bag). That said, not sure either way Edited August 12, 2009 by IronWolf

Buh-Da-Boom
Great stuff as always Pkekyo-Nor. I assume its an in-game pack? Care to give a quick run down of what you have there? Â I would worry about the items on the outside, something like a folder would be better kept in your pants pocket I would have thought. Have you ever lost anything from the molle loops?
Pkekyo-Nor
It's a pack for... Pretty much whenever I need a pack. I'll use it in civillian life as well (and sports such as snowboarding), as I love the ability to have a medkit secured on the outside of it. Â ATS Lightfighter RAID Pack w/ strap keepers all over IFAK Pouch Horizontal GP Pouch MBITR w/ blade antenna Swimmer's style headset TT small utility shingle (holds sunglasses and a headlamp) CRKT folder Streamlight SIDEWINDER MOLLE strobe/light SPORK Permanent marker (blue and black) NO PEN and subdued Norwegian flag velcro patch And a hammock resides in one of the side pouches. Â Both the strobe and folder are decently secure, but most likely I'd have the knife somewhere on my 2nd line rather than my third line. SantaSCSI
Here's mine: Â Warrior Assault Systems patrol pack. Â I have it for over a month now and have used it for Pukkelpop festival and a vacation trip. Lots of space and VERY well made. Sadly it is in OD. I was so excited that it was back on stock that I forgot to change the color to tan. Can't be arsed to sell it and get the tan tho.
Pkekyo-Nor
Some more detailed shots of the pack... I always find the small details to be more appealing than just a profile overview shot  - For without the small personal details, they're all the same, aren't they? Murph
What's the metal clamp with the yellow pull tab for? It looks like some sort of quick release device. Pkekyo-Nor
It is exactly that, Murph. Â It's a personal retention lanyard, mostly just kept on the ruck for convenience of storage, but it also helps a bit in securing the helmet...
