chris u'5
Considering you are the first to get one (in this thread at least) I doubt anyone really knows which grips fit it. Well you have one And a very cool one at that!
NonEx
What? I have a 1911 with modified grips, sure. But who knows what grips and what mods are required on this "thing"

vorpalbunnie
Western Arms SCW3 grips fit when you remove the weight plates from the inside. They bulge maybe 1mm at the bottom but otherwise a perfect fit.
NonEx
Wait haha, I got this thread confused with the Cybergun 2011 double 1911 thingy Now things make a bit more sense. Yes, normal 1911 grips work but need to be modified a little bit to fit. All that is needed is to remove some material from the bottom profile of the grips (and some around the screw hole support): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WaNIw7zNsMo

chris u'5
Non Ex - Can I be cheeky and ask where you got your grips and are they genuine 1911 grips or airsoft replicas? Many thanks, Chris
NonEx
Mine are not genuine grips. They are VZ G10 Operator grip replicas from AirsoftGlobal. http://www.airsoftglobal.com/shop/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=634_627&products_id=12499 I have since changed to the V2 version which have indentations for the thumbs on the left-hand side. http://wgcshop.com/products?search_From=searchItem&item=ready-fighter-operator-ii-grip-with-mag-pad-for-marui-m1911a1-gas-blowback-pistol-black&search=searchItem&rs=1911%20grip&catid=&cat=&view_choice=a The nice things about these are that the back is hollow so the work required to fit them is minimal

Doc_Glock
I noticed that KWC/Cybergun has missed a detail on there entire rail gun series. How could they forget the extractor oval on the rear right side of the slide.??? Even cheap asian 1911 copies have those. The devil is in the details. Disappointing
Doc_Glock
After reading and watching all comments and videos here. I got a craving for one of these rather nice looking pieces, and was going to get one today. I noticed though, that KWC/Cybergun has missed a detail on there entire rail gun series. How could they forget the extractor oval on the rear right side of the slide.??? The devil is in the details. Disappointing
NonEx
Not exactly the Rail Gun model but I think this kind of goes in here. Unboxing and overview of the newest version of the Cybergun/KWC 1911 series. This one is the M1911A1 in parkerized finish with full deep laser engraved markings
