Antagon
Catch, yup, a few sites already confirmed it was shell ejecting, that T2 site, and Renegade Recon. Judgeman, you have to be careful with the M1100, but its very safe and practical in the M870. Remember, Co2 isnt used at 800psi, its regulated, I could use it in a WA if I wanted
rhino
hmmm... shell ejecting... Might be good for CQB for those "Arnie" scenarios (walking down a corridor and whipping the shottie out of a box of roses type thing...)

Catchv22
Ah yes.. I love that. Too bad the airsoft version's probably too frail to do the little swing Arnie does to reload it.
Antagon
If it is, I'll just have to get it remade from steel now won't I

Crazy_Harry
my main hope is that, like their previous shotgun releases, marushin make this one fully metal- had the pleasure of fondling Capt handgrenade's m500 at this years SWAT, and that thing felt PROPER meaty... shame about the power, but I'd be tempted to get one just to play around the house with... v cool... and wait, if marushin are developing a shell ejecting system, doesn't this mean that we might be allowed even the inkling of a hope that it would be, dare I say it... better than the maruzen system??!! and therefore more powerful?? and therefore able to be effective with green gas rather than hooking it up to a C02 regulator?? go on marushin, dare to amaze us

michael_collins
Is the one Sarah Connor uses near the end a SPAS12?
BakaBox
Yes, the shotgun she uses is a Spas12. Hey, maybe i need a Spas too, for that Sarah Connor look
rhino
not a SPAS, it's a Remington M870 with folding stock (check the pump grip)
BakaBox
Damn... Well, at least Arnie used it in Terminator... Got any pictures of the M870 from the movie btw?

Don_R_Luigi
was the M1887 used in the Flim Unforgiven?
HaVoC
Not to take it off-topic, but it WAS a Remington 870 used by Hicks in Aliens, wasn't it?
judgeman
it might have been an Ithaca M37 actually, but don't quote me on that
Vektor
was the M1887 used in the Flim Unforgiven? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> It could have been used in Unforgiven as well (it´s been a while I´ve watched it), but M1887 had notable appearances in Desperado. Not the movie with Antonio Banderas etc., but a series of TV movies produced from 1987 to 1989, starring Alex McArthur. Especially in one scene you see very elaborate depiction of M1887s bolt moving back, when action rotated. I´m probably the only one who remembers this, though... Edit: teh speling! BakaBox
The first one who gets this shotgun must write a review! I hope Marushin continues to use the new shell-system on their Mossbergs and so on, and that soon. If not, I'm forced to get the Maruzen 870BV...
THE_ARCHANGEL
I still haven't been able to find a HK retialer that's got one yet. I'm totally chomping at the bit for this one.... If anyone else finds a retialer selling this, give us all a heads up.
CplHicks
Endoshoji is taking orders now
THE_ARCHANGEL
So is WGC and Den....but they don't have it. Thanks for the heads up....but I want to know who actually has it before I start sending $300 to a retailer who "plans on getting them soon". Patience isn't my string suit. Crazy_Harry
where do the shells eject from on this model? just wondering, as if they are at an awkward point where a shell catcher can't be used, thats gonna make skirmishing with it extremely difficult still very cool though, and I hope they expand their shell ejecting technology to other models
Catchv22
I believe the shells eject from the top.
