kronic Posted January 28, 2005 Report Share Posted January 28, 2005 Ah aimpoint, i missed your question: It took about 2 1/2 hours, as i started taking it down when the allen key stripped, so i had to put it back together. That coupled with excitement... it was 2.5 hours from the time i got the parcel to the time i built it up. It was easy peasey to build up... would have been simple if the allen key didn't strip. Some called it a "Universal Metal Bipod". Basically, it just clamps on the front of your barrel. A bit wobbily when not being helf, but it gets the job done. Finding one outside of the States, however, I have not seen. I'm pretty sure the people I ordered the gun from don't do worldwide shipping, but you can find the bipod here. ShadowFox Posted January 29, 2005 Report Share Posted January 29, 2005 A SIR on an ICS M4 ? Never seen that before. The silencer looks a tad bit off balanced. I can understand perhaps a concern of keeping the gun short (and tactical I suppose), but I would recommend you look into perhaps getting a barrel covering suppressor as a substitute. The bipod and vertical grip also look unbalanced. Stick to one or the other or look into getting a QD bipod that attached to your barrel. Other than that, a decent looking piece. It is, after all, still an ICS M4 . Link to post Share on other sites
