Deify. It's a word. Look it up in a lexicon of your choice. Maybe it means something different across the pond.

If wearing rank and unit patches is insulting, then that means that simply wearing BDU's is insulting.

That means we might as well run out there in jeans and a T-shirt.

But, I guess since we're only talking about elite units, that means we can safely wear plain infantry unit patches :)

It's possible, however improbable, that we'll die trying.

But wouldn't wearing 'US Army' be insulting to the men and women of the regular US Army (not Rangers, Green Berets, paras)? And if it isn't, is it insulting to wear a branch tape with 'US Marines'? And if it isn't insulting to wear a 'US Marines' branch tape, why is it insulting to wear a 'Royal Marines' rocker?

lol, we dont have integrity for our pins patches. ROFL

You know, for someone who does not live in America, you seem to make alot of assumptions about us. Our military is superior to yours, nub. Sure, take your ueber 1337 SAS ultimate team, but we have a wider, more broad array of Special Forces, and better infantry. WWII anyone? London could have gotten bombed into a pile of rubble if we didnt join in anybody? Revolutionary war cause your people decided to inact a stamp act anybody?

And besides, if I wanted to join ROTC and make 2nd lieutenant in the US or British Army, it wouldnt be hard, stop acting as though since you are in the military you are superior for some reason. I'm joining the US army most likely when I come to age, and I dont think it makes my opinions better cause I'm not a "civi". If you were SAS then I would shut my mouth, but you are just a regular officer..

Wearing an SAS patch is not violating anything. I know for a fact that I didnt earn it, and the personal satisfaction and feeling of pride is not there, tis just an object. I didnt earn it, I am using it to complete a loadout.

So I guess I cant use an M4A1 cause I dont shoot people in Iraq with real M4A1s?

Stop being so ignorant, you bring up no new points, you just fall back on "I are am military off1z0r!" when jagd makes a good point.

Stop being arrogant as though you are better than the rest of us.

Night

I already mentioned the JGSDF - Foreign Volunteer Army - Ronin load out (all ficticious).

The next one, if I ever manage to complete the first would be a Ghost in the Shell Section 13 'Ronin' "PMC" load out (which would be much like a combination of Section 9 and the concept of the JGSDF-FVA-Ronin unit: foreigners fleeing the American Empire/Russo-American Alliance who became mercs in the employ of the Japanese gov't for deniable ops (much as Sec9 is officially a PMC)). I would suspect that this would be solid OD with brown accessories and vest, plus face cover, &c., &c.: OD TRU trousers and tunic. CB RAV or CIRAS or RRV. M4 MRE or Type 89 (government surplus post-WWIII/IV?), assorted sidearms. Maybe a SERPA holster.

I might wing up going after the latter before the JGSDF-FVA because the kit is much easier to get my hands on here in the US. And the JGSDF stuff will be easy enough to find in Japan if I go there this Spring or Summer, as I'm presently planning on doing.

rofl, an american still has better aim, and we toally pwnz0r j00 on CS. Britain would have lost against hitler without us, plus, our weapons totally pwn yours. I dont see many american airsofters carrying around L85s. Also, a US marine can totally beat the **** out of any british SF ninny. Our army takes your army and and spanks it and toally pwnz it

(I decided to use the same level of intelligence in your last post and apply that to mine, btw)
