soadrocker856
If I had the money, I'd buy one. Looks pretty good, only big flaw is that it's light.
sekiryu
Which is only bad for realism's sake. I'm personally glad my TM M14 doesn't weigh 11 pounds.
Hustie
I found this spiffy scope mount. It's a copy of the $100 ARMS mount made by leaper so it may not hold a superb zero, but who cares, our airsoft guns are hardly accurrate. I just though I post that because English Ale mentioned that his RS dust cover fit, and this simply repaces the dust cover. I'll be buying one when I get my FAL.
Drayvn
I think they are a great weapon. Only problem i have with them is that the stock is too long and too fat, but other than that its great, and anyway i would have liked them to do that than stick a stick battery in the foregrip anyway! Sao
I think they are a great weapon. Only problem i have with them is that the stock is too long and too fat, but other than that its great, and anyway i would have liked them to do that than stick a stick battery in the foregrip anyway! <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Actually they didn't need to, the RS stock is just big enough and wide enough to get a slighlty custom pack in it. Just in the process of modding mine to fit on the KA receiver. A 6 cell stick pack will fit in the lower section of the butt stock with the extra cell sitting on top. Then the RS butt plate will still fit on. I've got to cut down the RS butt stock at the receiver end to get the lower mounting screw to line up. The inner screw will need a plate / large washer inside of the RS stock, with an access port for the wire through the plate or to one side of the washer. For the time being I'm going to have the butt plate taped on for battery changes until I can sort out my hinge mechanism..... The RS foregrip and stock really do give it that British SLR look Even if the receiver and barrel are wrong
AussyMurphy
Any idea when the shorter carbine version is coming out?

Phatvortex
A foregrip from a real steel gun.............. Hence real steel foregrip.
English Ale
I don't get this "light" thing. It's not as heavy as the "real steel" version granted - but it kicks any plastic AEG into touch big-time. After a day of carrying it at site, I'd challenge anyone to complain that it's not heavy enough!!! It's a top, top gun.
screamin_weasel
they are a bit big dude. is that stock cracked ? also, the reciever is that cracked, or just a scratch ? never really looked at this gun with any desire, but that RIS'd up, carbine legnth folding stock beast is the tits. and i want one. Blazer
Hmm... I just realized this, but.... Now low-end African-style mercenaries have an alternative to the AK-47 for their primary! <{POST_SNAPBACK}> You are kidding me right? All my mates first reactions have been 5 rounds rapid fire Sgt Benton. Make the basis for a good UNIT impression, and yes we know it isn't really an SLR.
Rec
Jagdraben is quite right, I've been waiting for the FAL as a milita/rebel gun Now there's AK-47, G3 and FN FAL.

BigAl
Hmm, Guess this goes on my shopping list along with the Star FNC. Poor bank account!
Xeno-Morpheus
The big question is when there will be an SLR-kit available for this gun. The brittish version is by far the best looking of the FALs... :-)
Sao
Rumours are yes, there is one in the works. See the L1A1 thread here.... http://www.arniesairsoft.co.uk/forums/inde...opic=89003&st=
ArronT
Does any one knows if real-steal FAL flashhider can fit onto KA FAL or not?
Sao
If it will fit on a 14mm (must double check size) negative thread then yes
AussyMurphy
When is the Commando/carbine version coming ? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> As stated before, an e-mail from King Arms said that the carbine version is coming out around Christmas time. On the Redwolf site, they state that it is on presale and will begin normal sales on the 12th.

It's a top, top gun. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> You wouldnt hear me complain about it, but you would hear me carrying my 9kg M249 around I second the fact that its a top gun, shooting it feels really really sweet. Crisp and tasty. Also, it would appear to have a systema gearbox or atleast some systema parts.
rtrdpenguin
The carbine version was just announced at airsoft-news.eu =)
Hobbles
i decided i wont buy anything big until christmas...even though I have the cash...need to pay down some bills...but this is making this self-promise a bit of a challenge
uscmCorps
Plus they've announced the Scope mount base that bolts onto the upper receiver. Very nice. One less thing for me to source. Now... they just need to release a folding skeleton stock and I'll get one. So close...
