orca
Spartan Imports just sent over detailed pictures of the Classic Army 416D in development. Yes, I also wish they'd send some other details as well.. I will post them when I get them. But onto the pics!

GuzziHero
This like most RIS Armalites, look like it fell off the ugly tree and smacked into every branch on the way down. Hate it. Hate hate hate!
RedRaptor
Looks better than all the other 416s, save the VFC.
GuzziHero
But then all 416s look pig ugly.
lewis hiscock
CA external quality leaves alot to be desired
Blindside
Looks good except for the CA trademark on the side of the gun. They'd be better off not even bothering...
GuzziHero
CA external quality leaves alot to be desired I agree to a degree. Both my VN models look(ed) like they had been painted with a brick. Ive been far more disappointed with the externals of my G&P Zombie Killer body though. Id rather have an ICS over both makes. Gigueand
Hmm, that is a CA AR that I might actually put cash into... The rest are all "meh." For some reason, and it might just be the photos, that looks much, much better than every HK416 out there aside from the VFC. Maybe it is just me, but the sight of the black body with the slightly different tinged barrel always makes a rifle look more "real." Ive been far more disappointed with the externals of my G&P Zombie Killer body though. Id rather have an ICS over both makes. QTF.
Crocodilo
Just another armalite, and probably a pricy one. Where is the Kriss and other cooler stuff?
Spartan452
well if they price this thing like their Scars, then I'd probably get a VFC again.... but then again, I heard VFC 416s are going to be discontinued soon.
Magsz
VFC 416's arent discontinued they're just not currently being produced. If you can get your hands on one i would strongly suggest doing so as there may not be a run of them again for some time. This actually looks like its going to be their finest release to date but really now...why buy this over the VFC? As long as the VFC is available it will be a better gun time and time again. I have been waiting for a 416 this will be cheap probably be between $320-350 Its most likely going to cost 400 something seeing as their newest AR15 release, the M15 PMC clocks in at around 389.99. They had to make a new mold for this gun, its not going to be cheap but i hope to be proven wrong.
docs90
Even some of the cheapsoft 416s look better than this C/A externals .. poor
masakarijoe
i think it looks great. if i wanted a 416, i would get it, as i like CA stuff. however, in no way would this go with a USMC kit, so... -Joe
HKpilz
The CA 416 looks alright, but I seriously think that Classic Army needs to step up their external quality. The trade marks are nothing desireable, I think it would have been better blank so people could put their own trade marks on it, or HK ones.
Inq Eisenhorn
Without the proper HK trades, in Europe at least, this equals a big fat fail!!!

TXP
Without the proper HK trades, in Europe at least, this equals a big fat fail!!! You can have the CA 416 with H&K trades too. But only from Umarex. Announced MRSP for the H&K-trade version in Germany is 499,95 Euros (!).
Inq Eisenhorn
500 Euros for that!?!? Good luck CA / Umarex. That can stay on the shelf for all I care. Fail, Fail, Fail.
PANZER8
HurricanE for the win here i think.
Connery
HurricanE for the win here i think. VFC should be good as well. Of course, I don't own two VFC 416s so I can't comment on them as I can the HurricanE ones I own.
orca
Wut? Never heard of that one... The Classic Army PMC is a US only, Spartan Imports exclusive release. http://www.spartanimports.com/IMAGES/AEG/06242008.jpg
