The Saint
http://www.aresairsoft.com/tar21.html Goodbye MARS, hello rails. Incidentally, the previous ARES TAR21 has been properly reclassified as a CTAR21.
Mental Medic
Now that's something I'd buy. Hopefully the price isn't too horrendous.
Whan
Couldn't see how it would be more than the current tar21
Munitions Man
Looks great, if the price is right I'll get it.
CamOfNZ
Not bad lookin'. I certainly like the appearance more than the original. I'm not quite sure why.
WhiteHawksan
Finally the option to turn it into a DMR with a decent scope rather than the MARS, which sadly is banned at my local site as the insurance does not allow for any lasers to be used.
TheFull9
Selling something airsoft? Want to sell more of it? Simply make it in dark earth and add rails! Also, don't forget featuring multicam in the advertising will definitely help.
Mental Medic
Selling something airsoft? Want to sell more of it? Simply make it in dark earth and add rails! Also, don't forget featuring multicam in the advertising will definitely help. Don't forget a longer barrel. It might be cheaper since there isn't a crappy MARS on it, which seems indicate that they're making an attempt to improve on the shortcomings of the first Tavor. Maybe. fiddlesticks4220
If someone stalked ARES replacement parts id buy this.
tomster
If someone stalked ARES replacement parts id buy this. STALK or STOCK? And I was thinking exactly the same. Make it FDE and it'll sell. But does the original come in FDE? I doubt it, but I'm probably wrong...
The Saint
If someone stalked ARES replacement parts id buy this. What are you expecting to break, that's both proprietary to ARES yet not crucial enough to be a deal breaker?
fiddlesticks4220
IDK what would decide to break. Sorry about the stalked (damn touch screen editor) I ment stocked. I will prolly end up buying one of these if the price is around 400. I just so happen to have the same light and mount pictured. FTW
Hristo
How nice of them. Does this mean that MARS was really bad and that they cheated on early buyers ? Never again ARES.
fiddlesticks4220
Ummmm, The mars was a *fruitcage* clone sight???? Honestly what did u exspect?
Azulsky
One step forward with the MARS removal, about infinity steps backward with the color change... You would hope price would be $350 with the price of the MARS subtracted from the original TAVOR price but i doubt it
GaMeFrEAK1018
One step forward with the MARS removal, about infinity steps backward with the color change... You would hope price would be $350 with the price of the MARS subtracted from the original TAVOR price but i doubt it If they factor out the R&D as well as manufacturing costs of that MARS sight, we can hope to save, oh, $5.99? You would hope price would be $350 with the price of the MARS subtracted from the original TAVOR price but i doubt it I hear that. I'd be more interested in this version...if it was still black. Jedi2155
Owning a STAR/Ares SCAR-H, I'm shying away from any of their products now due to lack of replacement parts. (Broken bolt catch my own fault but blaaaaah.) Sorta annoying to see your $700 investment go down the drain on well.
