Aww. I was hoping for something with a rail.

A rail......

really...

For a gun that is intended to sit in a ankle holster or concealed holster behind your back and be pulled as a backup weapon?

What would you put on that tiny little rail? a tiny little light? or laser?

yikes :tongue2:

My lord that is expensive. I like the Detonic though. They're pretty neat/

But still...$213?!?! For that price I would expect steel, but that's just me I guess.

Has no one ever made a frame out of steel? It would seem like a obvious custom option to me as unlike a slide the gun would function fine with a steel frame.

I beleive that you can, and should, put rails on everything. Literrally.

Why did I have to buy two?

I have sold my marushin detonics, probably my P90 and probably another gun.

That's 70, 170 or 400 quid depending on how things go.

I think I'll be OK.

I might even have enough for the other ancillary bits.

I just need to come up with an MSH and the (not a) grip safety in stainless.

I love these things.

I'm glad the SD didn't make people wait another month of two for the barrel.

This piece actually doesn't have a huge price tag either. Still, I'm not sure that I'll be able to afford a FM Detonics in the near future. Hopefully PGC will come to the rescue with a full kit.

Yes I think they do since I saw one once but it was for a Glock, which means it was only for the slide. I think I saw a M9 once that was steel slide and frame...or it may have been a M1911. Whatever it was it was around $2,000!

I actually am growing on the Detonics. Is it a good gun? Is accuracy acceptable with that super short barel? I know TMs are good but dont have lots of experience with their GBB guns.
