Desolation mkII
Went to training for American Football. Actually really enjoyed it, which as I hate most sports, is good because hating sports has always been a hindrance to my physical fitness. FireKnife
Have a new-ish laptop I got for cheap that actually plays my DS Emulators properly. Plus if my other one sells have a chance to go get my longbow, anyone for a cheap Acer Aspire One Netbook? 'FireKnife'
amateurstuntman
Lots of things. 1, I've just come back from a weekend away in the Cotswolds. 2, My wife (who has fibromyalgia) was able to come out for a bike ride with me because I hired an electrically assisted bicycle for her. We went for a little (for me now, I guess) 10 miler and she was able to mostly keep up. She enjoyed it a lot and I am looking forward to doing it again, I'll have to keep hiring the things though, they are pretty expensive. 3, I got back to the hotel room and uploaded my ride data to mapmyride and discovered that I came second on one of their challenge courses by 30 seconds. Looking at the data I can see that I was stationary for about 40 seconds as I stopped half way up the hill to check to see if mrs Stunt was OK (even electric bikes can't keep up with me, grrrr etc.) so I'm pretty chuffed with that. I was already quite happy as when I got to the top of the hill in question I was greeted by 3 surprised looking mountain bikers who were somewhat incredulous that I had cycled up it. More so when I told them that I hadn't parked my car at the bottom but had ridden in from the bike hire place. 4, On the way down the other side of the hill (pleasant woodland trail, some ruts and roots, lots of leaves) I passed a kid on a Cannondale full susser while on my drops (had to to get leverage on the brakes, they are terrible and will be getting swapped ASAP). While I was waiting at the bottom for the wife he caught me and told me I almost shocked him off his bike because he thought I was on a road bike (not a CX). Made me smile. 5, Just spent a nice evening repairing and cleaning my drysuit, changing the skin over to the bullet skin and cleaning and servicing my drysuit valves (including making a tool to take them out). 6, I am now 95 Kilos, a total loss of 26 kilos since March now. (? 15 stone & 4.5 stone ? 209lbs & 57lbs) All these things are good.

FireKnife
Well it is Channel 5 which anyone around my age will recall as the only way to get anything remotely called 'porn' when dial up meant it took 30mins to get one minute of a 320x240 res video of a girl noshing on what could have been a banana . As for me well my life is going well. I have a full week of work and meeting people so I really can't complain. 'FireKnife'
