BerserkDS
http://laylax.wn.shopserve.jp/pic-labo/ryusoku_banner2.jpg I do nott have a clue what this is, but it looks very interesting. What's your thoughts?
Isamu
Two toned barrels... cool! Maybe someone who can read japanese can help us
thartwig
definitely porn, you can tell because of the very necessary pixelation
NonEx
My first guess was universal barrels with interchangable installations adapter end. Ie you could plug in different end-sockets and mount in various hop housings... I dunno.
Megalomaniac
Anti-blowby sleeve for a VSR-10 system?
bladerunner168
I'm guessing it's for AEG's as first line says electric power use, can't make sense of the second or third line.
FireKnife
Wait, isn't that a................ Oh my mistake, Looks like it might be interesting thouh whatever it is. 'FireKnife'
hwagan
Another attempt at commercialising an improved R/Flat style hop system is the sensible money I reckon. Why pixellate the end of the barrel if it isn't something that could be copied from the picture?
renegadecow
Why pixellate the end of the barrel if it isn't something that could be copied from the picture? Riffling?
Isamu
Riffling? Outer riffling? maybe the made some outer grooves to install a couple of orings for stabilization... but it looks like the window is quite bigger than a regular one, so a barrel/bucking/nub combo is most likely... Kenworth W900
Looks like some variation upon the Modify 'Hybrid' barrels: http://www.airsoftworld.net/modify-hybrid-inner-barrel-141mm.html
farrasdevell
R/flat hop end section possibly with a 6.01chamber section leading out to a 6.03 barrel? Could be a variation that only uses patches instead of a full rubber but that would have a sucky seal. Dunno what else it could be
bankz5152
R-Hop Inner Barrels. That window is far too big for standard barrel, looks that way anyhow. Looks interesting.
QQexDERA
I think hwagan is on the money - a production run barrel cut for a flat or R hop (more inclined to think flat hop than R hop though)
Number5
The difference in colour might denote a difference in material? Perhaps a rubber hop window? That could create a better seal and apply more hop or something similar? Can't see why they would make it 2 tone just for a larger hop window for an Rhop or similar?
thartwig
I think hwagan is on the money - a production run barrel cut for a flat or R hop (more inclined to think flat hop than R hop though) and then maybe flat hop specific hop rubbers to follow (for us lazy bums)? RSM
As others have said, looks like an extended hop window to coincide with the REAPS/Quasar type hop rubbers that are out there Quasar, for those that missed it: http://www.first-jp.com/articleinfo/detail.php?id=
Katotaka
not sure if I can show the asian words/characters here (unicode maybe?) ? - (n.) electricity ? - (v.) move ?? together means electric powered ?? - pronounced like "gaan", means "gun" ? - (v.) use So the first line reads "for AEG" to me the second line is kinda tricky ?? - not sure what it means, literally, something like "flow speed" ? - I think this one is hard to translate, this character is sometimes used like discipline, subject, type, system... ??? - pronounced like "paatsu", parts I would say the second line means: parts for "flow speed" enhancement Third line: not gonna specific here, just "in active/serious research/development!!" edit: eh, well, double byte characters are not working here... GingaNinga
My wife is Japanese and she didn't even know what the last line means The name of the file and the term Ryusoku is used, which means flow speed (as mentioned above). So I wonder if this is going to be a swappable part that can be used to control power, or rate of fire?
