BerserkDS
Anyone know how to disassemble the grip on the breached yet?
DeltaZero
As in pistol grip or pump grip?
onizuka-gto
Anyone know how to disassemble the grip on the breached yet?Ask wingmann above you, he's rocking the breacher with the angry Gun buffer gas tank pistol grip stock. I'm sure he did it himself, rather then at the shop
DeltaZero
No he isn't.. He's running a tactical that he's cut down and out an angry gun kit on.. I have a breacher with the angry gun kit on it, it is possible to remove the pistol grip, don't think it's too hard either, couldn't tell you I didn't take the grip off, my tech did, I only out the AG stock on.
Wingmann
Correct, mine is a sawed off Tactical. However there was someone that posted pictures of both shotguns with the furniture swapped, so it has to be easy enough to unscrew the grip. As far as I know, both models share the exact same rear end, so no compatibility problems.
DeltaZero
It is exactly the same rear end. Pretty sure it's just a couple screws like the tactical is. A few more seals etc from looking at the spares but nothing to call home about.
BerserkDS
I removed the two Phillips screws deep inside the grip and it won't budge, so I know I'm missing something somewhere. Help please!
-wigs-
You need to remove those two tiny Philips head screws and then get a socket and take out the valve then the grip comes right off. Fair warning I couldn't for the life of me get the screw that holds the "adapter" to the body out with a regular screw driver, actually came close to stripping it. It's in there overly tight. The grip itself just attaches to the end of that "adapter" unlike the tactical that has a long screw and attaches directly to the main body. As for the valve I just found the right size socket and dropped it in then stuck a flat head into the square slot and turned, came out super easy but take care to not lose the little rocket valve that rests in the hole under the silver valve Edited September 16, 2014 by -wigs-
DeltaZero
Does anyone have a definite answer to which shells feed in their M870?? I've just tried some ASG ones and they definitely dont. Don't really want to stump up the cash for the TM ones. Is there a way to mod the ASG ones to feed? Do we know why they wont? sacairsoftsn00py
Have you tried using kwa bbs?
DeltaZero
Using different BBs could be the answer? The TM shell feeds with the same BBs used in the ASG shells though.. Unfortunately getting KWA bbs over here is pretty hard. I'll try with some G&G tonight. Edited September 17, 2014 by DeltaZero
sacairsoftsn00py
It's worth a shot. Last time I checked kwa bbs were smaller in diameter to other bbs. Try using the bbs that came with the gun....TM .20g bbs. See if it improves feeding, Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
Wingmann
I'm pretty sure my shells are whatever Gunfire or Tainwangun were selling. BBs have always been G&G 0.25g and I'm yet to have a hiccup.
DeltaZero
Will give both a go. Thanks gents! EDIT: Just to update. Tried it with G&G .2g bbs.. shoots fine. So i'll be running them for now! Would assume it'll be fine with other weights too. And as a heads up, stay away from Madbull BBs if you're planning on using them in the ASG shells! BerserkDS
Fake pachmayr logos fall off easy. I recommend taking them off immediately and using a strong glue to keep them from falling out
DeltaZero
Testing out a prototype Stand off breaching device for a friend at Paradigm Rifle works. This one is just a prototype to see how it looks and fits, finished articles will be made from anodised aluminium. A few changes to be made but I think we are more or less there!
BioRage
Delta, that the breacher with angry guns stock? Looks very very very sexy.
DeltaZero
It is indeed my friend! Very happy with it!
PureSilver
Are the inner barrels in the Breacher noticeably shorter than those on the M870 Tactical? Anyone able to quantify any resulting FPS/range difference, if so?
DeltaZero
Weird you might say that.. my breacher chronoed higher than my tactical when I had it.. and it shot further.. Not sure if it was an anomaly.. also as far as I am aware the barrels are the same..
BerserkDS
The barrels are indeed shorter. Just a little though. Someone mentioned a few pages back that removing the main screw from pistol off the breacher was extremely difficult. Well, that's an understatement lol. It was incredibly hard. Even using a heat gun. still took brute force. I kept stripping the head. When I finally got it out, I had to cut a slot in the screw to be able to rescrew it with a large flathead. onizuka-gto
I guess marui adament that the pistol grip didn't get loose.. Or removed

BerserkDS
Damn that looks good. Do you know if the pump is compatible with any other light systems? Specifically night evolution/element?
