Dj_komodo
TM M&P9 with Guarder Steel slide & barrel Edited November 22, 2016 by Dj_komodo
mimesis
I wonder how much heavier the steel slide is than the previous after-market parts in aluminum. How's the performance with whatever gas you're using?
Dj_komodo
It weighs 865 grams with the steel slide, the RS weighs 907 grams fully loaded, 680 grams without the magazine. So it weighs like ha half loaded RS M&P9. A stock TM M&P weighs 620 grams, WE M&P 705 grams and the cybergun 680 grams. After breaking in the pistol I can get about 1,5 magazine with one filling of green gas. I need to buy a small o ring to put on the filling valve on the mag because it's a lot of leakage when I fill the magazine, so I don't know if I fill the magazine to a maximum capacity:/

jb77
Just in case you don't aware of this. New parts from UAC coming out!! The trigger is bit like the Apex one. cool! Found in Redwolf, Edited January 27, 2017 by jb77
DeltaZero
NOICE! I prefer the Ready Fighter APEX trigger though.. Still these are better than the current UAC offerings! Edited January 27, 2017 by DeltaZero

Crying Scum
I'm thinking joining the M&P club in near future I see a lot people talking about Nova and Detonator slide as upgrade slide, but haven't seen so much talk about Guarder aluminum slide. How good are they compared to Nova and Detonator?
CALLAHAN_88
Im very happy with the choice i made for the holster on my Mp9!fits like a charm!
quiksilver6184
Where in the hell did the Detonator 10-8 sight set go? I can't find it on any of the regular HK websites, and the places that do still have it listed, they are sold out. What is going on?
BioRage
Think only good sights left in stock are from Tokyo model company (nine ball tritium) Everything been oos for months.
mimesis
I wonder if anyone will do a version of the Second Generation.
Wingman
Guarder will come up with frames and slides it they're on their game. I'd like to see a RMR long slide.
DeltaZero
There already is a long slided performance centre RMR slide is there not? I hope they'll get their *albartroth* in gear and sort the gen2 frame/slide kit!! Well up for that!
cav.
Recently just got the UAC nozzle flute and cnc hop unit, can say the airseal is much much better! Buuuut the downside is the dial that adjusts the hop up is extremely loose so you must put some shims before you screw the dial on Otherwise seems good. I think the only thing I havent upgraded is the Guarder frame.

mimesis
Has anyone bought the v-custom model and cerakoted a slide to match, if so what color did you use? See posts ## 768 and 771. I wasn't going for a perfect match, rather a mild contrast.
mrsevenstars
Nice gun. Thanks im trying to get as close as i can. Do you think it is close to fde or coyote?
Batmause
Guarder will release the full steel FCG parts - hammer, sear, etc.

Coyote? Without being able to hold the frame against a swatch, it's hard to tell. BTW, if memory serves, the TM frame and the Guarder frame are pretty much identical in color.
