My first objective for purchasing has been eliminated along with the required funds for the next... um a long time (although technically all this stuff thats in my gun- including the gun itself-costs around $600 normally, I got it for $340-less then the price of a brand new stock M14, and what I've bought only has had 300 rounds through it-for testing purposes, the catch was that it was 75% disassembled), so for my list of stuff to buy after the summer. Actually feasible- in order of hopeful purchase 1) Real wood M14 stock 2) Vietnam dated sling for the M14 3) Real steel heatshield for the M14 2) Another Aimpoint replica (right now I'm sharing one G&P replica between my CA M15A4 and M14) 3) ICS MP5A5 w/ tightbore, the previously mentioned Aimpoint, and a Guarder lighted foregrip with another Surefire light 4) MAG MP5 mid-caps (I've really fallen in love with mid-caps) Someday over the rainbow 1) CA M15A2 rifle with M203 and a few nades 2) CA M249 Link to post Share on other sites

Fullauto Posted April 15, 2006 Report Share Posted April 15, 2006 My entirely realistic to-buy list (I will buy all these things - no fantasy land for me ): G&P Jungle Series CQB front end for my CAM15 - £90 Some sort of vert grip for the above -£20-30 Shooter's design slide and barrel for USPc (I'm planning to go propane, so I'll be needing this). £80ish Full metal the M11 - £140 That'd keep me happy for a bit Gear-wise, I need a pair of decent boots (about £100) and a basic MOLLE rig (thinking BHI commando recon thingie) or a Eagle Chest harness (let's say another £80, much more if I go down the MOLLE option, with all the associated pouches). So, about £500 to spend... ouch. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I thought I'd see where I am a few months down the line: Hmm, the M11s gone, I've got a vert grip but no RAS. So to have all that modern night vision, modular gear, and those awsome super sneakers that they wear would be sick. Along with the helmet. I have no real dream gun, got all the guns I want already.
