Guinness
http://www.mojji.com/en/fax/fax.htm Expect the new KSC M1911 Commercial at retailers within a week or so! woohoo! I know, I know, to some folks out in Airsoft-land there are already enough 1911's.....but the same could be said about Armalites Yet somehow, the prospect of a quality 1911 Military from KSC excites me! -G
Sledge
... and KSC seem to have won the in the "1911 that isn't a WA" race. But how will it handle? Will people be happy with a 14 round mag? The suspense is killing me!!!!
Hick
I hope that KWA will make a metal version like they do with most KSC guns.
Krazy L
hmm. I can't wait.. and yes 14 rds should be enough.. I mean if you want 20+ rounds. get a hicapa... but I just hope it runs good. and has high FPS and Recoil... cause i already have a leather shoulder holst waiting for it... gazchap
Why did this have to happen NOW when I'm trying to get OUT of debt? £80 converted from the 16,500 Yen figure on that site. Mmmm
GuzziHero
Its NOT metal? NOOOOOOOOoooooooo........! Looks like KWC Colt National Match for me then!
Lance Jackass
I'll try to get one as soon as pos then. 14 rounds? No problem
Rec
This is hard... KSC 1911 or a SD Metal slide for the USP....?
cazboab
... and KSC seem to have won the in the "1911 that isn't a WA" race. But how will it handle? Will people be happy with a 14 round mag? The suspense is killing me!!!! <{POST_SNAPBACK}> They havn't won yet, its a marathon not a sprint (and KJW and KWC have had 1911s out for ages), besides it might be a dodgy rushed job to be first- although they have been promising it a lot longer than TM so IMO its not likely.
Sledge
Kinda depends how long TM take. I can imagine some people in the UK will rush and get the KSC simply to get a 1911 before the VCR kicks in.
snowman
Didn't Maruzen win that race years ago...? Not to mention MGC (and probably others) beat WA by some years Cheers.
cazboab
Both disqualified for shoveing.
Sledge
I think they were disqualified for no one buying them.
letterbomb
I think they were disqualified for no one buying them. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> No they were being bought but then being traded or taken back.
BakaBox
Its NOT metal? NOOOOOOOOoooooooo........! Looks like KWC Colt National Match for me then! <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Why did you expect it to be metal? And the KWC Colt National Match... I don't think those are metal, either. skyler8158
Buying a KWC 1911 variant is just asking for a broken hammer...
Maruta
Everyone who wants a metal KSC 1911 should wait for the inevitable KWA release. It's just basic logic.
MARQUISADOR
But the KWA version of the M945 was not metal, and the 1911 is in the same line as this gun. So why would the KWA version of the 1911 be metal.
Sledge
There's a metal slide 945 Compact, but I agree it doesn't necessarily follow that KWA will release a metal slide version. Plus, us UK types have the VCR Bill hanging over our heads.
MARQUISADOR
Actually the KWA M945 compact is plastic slide. If I'm wrong please provide a link.
Sledge
Don't mess with the kid.
MARQUISADOR
Well... If you read the description it say metal slide TOP. I'm guessing that speedytoys either ment to say slide STOP or they are talking about the sights. The KWA M945 compact is just like the KWA M945, plastic. I say this because it says so here: http://www.shortyusa.com/ and here: http://www.airsoftgi.com/product_info.php?...roducts_id=1297 P.S. Sorry about the shorty link, it would not let me link link to the page so just go to the gas section.
Sledge
Fair point, but if US law is anything like UK law in this regard, I think you might be able to get them under whatever your equivalent of Trades Description is. Anyhoo, the point that there may not be a metal slide KWA 1911 is the important one. And it sucks.
MARQUISADOR
Yes, it does suck. I love the 1911, but can no longer settle for plastic guns after the KJW P226.
Hick
The KWA Glock 34's do not have metal slides but all the other Glocks do, so I wouldn't rule out the possibility KWA may make a metal version of the 1911.
