T0p Sp!N
http://www.ebairsoft.com/1911-dual-sideact...rip-p-2552.html Link to Video They're $40.50. Much more inexpensive than Crimson Trace grips. Also, maybe we can expect laser grips for M92s, Glocks, revolvers, etc.
Luis21
I don't know if that laser can be zeroed. If it can't then it's totally useless. I'd prefer one of those lasers that are installed right under the bore in the recoil spring rod. Me personally though, I got myself an M6X for a little bit more. You get an adjustable laser and a light as well. Those grips are a neat idea though! -Luis
The Saint
The screw on the side of the housing would seem to indicate hopefully at least windage adjustment?
sgt.kicker
do want?
Renalan
I wonder if these will hold zero on a real 1911.
Munitions Man
If it preforms well I'm sure as hell gonna get it.
teflon don
I'd prefer one of those lasers that are installed right under the bore in the recoil spring rod. sorry to go off topic but where can you buy these anyway i gues that it is a weak laser and the batteries won't last that long (its really compact)
Stealthbomber
I could cry, honestly.... After 6 replies we have 2 that include baseless speculation, 2 that discuss stuff relating to real firearms and two (no offence to those people ) simple "do want!" comments. If these are a copy of the real Crimson Trace grips they DO have adjustments. You can see this by googling "Crimson Trace" and then viewing their online manuals. I see that the copies seem to have the grub-screws in the same places as the real ones so they probably do adjust like the real ones. If you really must know, THIS is an example of a laser fitted into a guide rod. To the best of my knowledge, you can't buy them for airsoft pistols so why anybody would mention them is beyond me. Also, can anybody else guess why we might not see these for Glocks? Crimson Trace DO a similar system for Glocks but it's different enough that it might not be worth a companies time to copy when they can knock out grips for 1911s, M9s and Sigs pretty easily. counterassasin
Uhm, hasn't the Silverback Glock Laser been out for quite a while? http://www.uncompany.com/pageproductdetails.asp?prodid=25500
Stealthbomber
Wrong: http://www.px-airsoft.com/index.do Ah well, variety is always good.
Rob15
Firesupport have also had the Glock version for a week or so at least too.
Stealthbomber
Firesupport have also had the Glock version for a week or so at least too. Hehe. At times like this the online stock control system can be a bit of a giveaway. "Qty in stock: 37" You think they're hoping these are gonna be a big seller? Nice to see that their price isn't a total rip-off compared to the HK prices.
Rob15
Well considering their price is quite reasonable and there does seem to be people who go 'pew pew shiny laser!' I suspect they probably will sell fairly well at least
BigAl
Cool, always fancies some Ct Grips but couldn't stomach the price of the real one.
BrooklynBorn
They look a bit too sensitive from the vid
Crimson
too bad you cant use them with your existing hosters thats why the recoil spring ones have advantages lets hope they clone them soon
maverick343432
They look a bit too sensitive from the vid I don't see how. The way I see it is, If your hands are on the pistol your going to use it. As long as my SERPA doesn't engage it, it should be fine.
BigAl
You use them with your original holsters? Theirs is only the slight hump at the top of the right grip and that isn't likely to interfear with many holsters.
Downtown_two
Fantastic, definately glad I didn't shell out for the Crimson's now. Quite fancy a set of these but will wait and see what the verdict is first.
Shriven
Hmm... yeah go on then Looking forward to some 226 ones too!
Inspector
I might be mistaken but my friend has a pair for his real steel sig 229 and there is a switch on the left side of the grip with a switch to turn them off and on. Now I need a pair of those for my Western Arms Kimber SIS. Thanks for the info.
BigAl
They all have an on/off switch on the bottom of the grip, it simply turns the circuit on or off, the laser is activated by the pressure switch on the frontstrap.
teetee
So tempted... Any end user reviews would be much appreciated. If it has the real steel features (on/off & windage) then I'm sold.
BigAl
Coincedently a short review of the RS Ones has just been posted on You Tube. Crimson Trace Laser Grips On You Tube. Edit: Just realised the replicas are of the older design where there is an activation switch on each grip panel, if there true to the real ones their should also be an on/off switch on the bottom of the right (iirc) grip panel. Would be cool if they do a set for the TM Detonics, could ditch the iron sights then and have a cool little hide out gun.
