sniperelite7
No go on the matrixs. Its official, eithier everyone has changed their supplier. Or the OEM has changed their formula. BB's are the same orange as the madbulls. No more tans in the US! Sad day indeed.
The Bushman
sounds like I should perhaps stock up on the 0.40g blaster while current bb's are available here. Good Hunting
farrasdevell
curses! time to stock up too race ya!
Maekl
2 vids I made some time ago, in case someone's intrested.
Isamu
Im sorry for the Necro post, but, have any of you used the ICS 0.28 Bio BBs? Thanks
The Bushman
Sorry i have not used those ICS BB's. I recommend the 0.30g Golden Ball Bio's. Very good results. Watch this video.... I am using them after the first 90 seconds..... I just managed to find some Tan 0.40g Blaster pellets in stock. Everywhere appears to have new batches that are dark grey Looks like the 2 bottles that I have ordered, are like gold dust and it's a real shame to see these pellets replaced with darker ones. Really limits long range shooting, if you can't see the pellets right down the range. Good Hunting
Isamu
Thanks for the advice, do you know where to buy those golden ball 0.30? the only places in my country I found them had... a bit steep price (38€ per 5000BBs without shipping) maybe its cheaper to get them from abroad if not, maybe I will be the first giving impressions about the ICS
The Bushman
I get mine from here... http://www.novatcombat.com/product_detail.php?id=343 The price includes UK delivery. Good Hunting
Isamu
Thanks mate, its hard to find affordable good heavy ammo for 350FPS guns
Reppyboyo
Any noticeable difference in performance between the Goldenball .3 non-bio vs bio?
The Bushman
No, I have both and think they are on a par. Recommended if you want affordable ammo. I say go with tan 0.40g BLASTER, for higher powered rifles though; if you can find them. Good Hunting
bjorn
Just tested some GoldenBall 0.4g black bb-s. Definitely better bb-s than your regular OEM TAN bb-s with lots of bubbles and bad finish. Will give some more info later about long term consistency. Main problem is probably how fast it will mess up the hopup rubber. B.
adadqgg
I am going to third the option of Goldenball BB. The only time I had problem with Goldenball was when I used .28g(in yellow label bag, not flashy graphics bag) in my MAG AK74 midcaps...they do not feed at all(always get bb jammed side to side; possibly due to bad surface finishing of fake goldenball bb). Every other occasion(with .30g, for example) they always performed better than every other "cheap" brand of bb.
done77
The Bioval .40 has a lot of air bubbles, more than the Madbull or Devil .40. I've heard good things about G&G .28 bio, but I never tested it myself (I've bag sitting on the shelf). Bioval .40 on the left: Thanks for that picture Trasher
kojak
I'm looking for a new .28 or .30; the Goldenball .28s I've been using aren't that great. Is there a way to tell if they are fake? As for the heavy rounds, there are a couple of new Vanaras BBs at RSOV. Shipping costs were prohibitive for the bio .40s, but I ordered a bag of the green .43s for testing. bjorn
Well at least something new in the BB world. Let us know how they are!
original poster
Sure I'm not alone in using Blaster Devil .25's! I only pay £15.50 for 6000 as well which I think is very reasonable.
kojak
Somebody in HK, go and buy those cheap .40 bios (and find out what color they are).
Geri
Did anyone tried the BLS 0.43 light green color bb? I found this but the google translate can't solve my problem with chinese han language... http://www.arms-cool.net/forum/viewthread.php?tid=109356&extra=&highlight=&page=
smelsonlaflin
I'm curious to see the goldenball .36 cut in half,, since it could contain air bubbles if they use the same material as for their .4They seem to have no bad reviews, however limited photos can be found of any (except their .4)
scorch
Ok, so this topic needs the dust blown off it. A lot has changed in the last couple of years, we now have heavy white BBs! But are they much good? What's hot, what's not? A lot of discussion has moved onto Facebook groups, but that's no good for finding it after more than a couple of days. Wild_XIII
The WE .4's seem OK. However I noticed a fair amount of white residue on my R hop patch (which I still need to glue down as the previous owner didn't do so). So either the BB's need washing or my VSR needs to go to rehab.
scorch
Washing BBs isn't an issue, as long as they go where I point them when I'm done.
Wild_XIII
Problem for me is I can't vouch well for accuracy as my rifle really isn't accurate. It needs a fair bit of tweaking still, such as gluing that r hop patch so it doesn't move. Once I get my rifle sorted I'll report back.
scorch
I'm still running tan .40g Madbull/Blasters that I had in stock. Running dangerously low though.
