Zhang
Most WGC custom guns have had a $100 price drop. Looks like WGC may be trying to get rid of inventory on these guns. This is one of the last chances available to grab a Colt-bodied G&P.

And what's the point of a Colt body if WGC is going to permanently remove it anyway?
lineman66
mmm... not half bad, probably looking at ~300 with shipping, and you get to pick what models you want, as opposed to being stuck with the small selection that AEX has. I do believe that WGC gives you an option of having them put electrical tape over the trades.
sirrith
i believe they've been at that price for at LEAST a month now?

Lance Jackass
Whats all this about colt branded G&P bodies going then?
x.black-jack.x
They won't get rid of it. The price is just lower because of the new Star's M4/M16 serie.
-Drake-
i just bought a WGC Custom M16A1 with M203 Grenade Launcher a couple of weeks back and its the only one that hasnt dropped in price u.u
0nslaught
Only if you pay via bank transfer. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Really? i bought a custom p226 from them with paypal and they covered my trades with grip tape.
Forze
i bought me the M16A3 with M203 for only 310$ 3 week ago i love these pricings. the only thing you need to change is the hopup rubber, the one with it s*xxxxx a**.
Hobbit SWAT
Oh no, they don't cover in grip tape. Not at all. The dremel the ###### out of the trades, then cover the trades in putty, leading me to believe they had just puttied the trades. But other then that, lovely gun. This is really old BTW. At least a month. Thanks for trying though.
Pinkfloyd
DAMN. ME WANT M16A3!!!!!!!!!11 WHAT DO YOU MEAN OUT OF STOCK!!!!!!
lionel
Meh, they've been at that price for weeks... I would have gotten one except i had to buy some bike parts and i have no idea on the situation with the VCR thing so i just played it safe.
Dusk
WGC DOES NOT PERMANENTLY REMOVE TRADEMARKS. They tape over them no matter what. My proof? I've ordered 5 AEGs from WGC 3 containing colt and two containing hk trademarks VIA paypal and I've never seen them do anything other than tape over them
Lance Jackass
What country are you in dusk? I wonder why the M16A1/M203 is more than the other one, besides the quadrant sight.
davedawg123
Buyer Remarks : Is trademark covering permanent or reversible? I want my trademarks intact.<----permanent remove
evilliboba
Well, from what they told me, they will cover trades on bodies, and kits; on complete guns they destroy the trades.
maccrage
I just got my LSW from WGC. They did nothing to the trades. No tape, no Dremel, nothing. And I had the nice green Dept of Homeland Security inspection tape on the package.
0nslaught
Ya i bought a complete WGC Custom p226 with full Sig trades, i kindly asked them to cover the trades with putty in the comment box, and received my 226 4 days later with tape over the trades.
Hustie
Reply I got from WGC said that the trademarks on their WGC custom lineup are destroyed (read, dremeled) before shipped to USA unless you do a bank to bank transfer for payment. I got the same general agreement when I asked about it on the forums a little back ago. If you order one of these I would expect the worse and assume that you're precious colt trades will be gone by the time you get them. BTW, these prices have been up for a while, old news really... Dusk
I ordered the last m733 from them, shipped to NY in the USA and my trades were covered in tape.

davedawg123
That's good news. Were the trades destroyed underneath? When did you purchase it?
