afallan
I wasn't aware that the AG36 had been adopted for use with the M16/M4 series, thought they were sticking with the M203. It's not an AG36, it's a M320: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/M320_grenade_launcher
Hedganian
So, it's an AG36 with an MP7 foregrip stuck on it. Made by H&K. I stand by my previous comment. On a side note, it would be great to have that foregrip available for airsoft AG36s. Edited January 19, 2011 by Hedganian
Pkekyo-Nor
Strictly not AG36es, but an AG-C/UGL, there are quite noticable differences, particularily in size. And yes, airsoft manufacturers need to get of their sodding *albartroth* and release a high-quality properly functioning AG-C.
ollie_ty
That looks like a Bipod grip too.
Hedganian
I guess you can remove the MP7-style folding grip and either reveal a rail or fit a rail which would then allow other grips, etc, to be fitted. Although that wikipedia entry doesn't mention it.
Rob15
Not the best photo ever but I thought I'd dig one of my SD3s out and start sorting it out ready for weekenders

HJA1512
My SRC XM8 Gen3, have since switched the flashhider for a regular SRC one. Needs the z-ISM V replica. Here's a short video I made of it And this is my unfinished XM8 DMR project, still missing the SRC upper, pictured is the AGM one :/ Stock and handguard is also from the AGM MP006 (Long XM8) and will be sprayed black, the stock actually feels higher quality than the SRC. List of the SRC parts I bought for it (got the wrong colored upper though) SG36-02 Metal Hop Up Chamber SG36-05 Metal Cocking Lever SG36-06 Selector SG36-07 Outer Barrel Base SG36-09 Trigger set SG36-32 G36 Dummy Bolt SG36-33 XM8 Metal Magazine Release Button SG36-35 Upper Receiver Set SG36-36 Lower Receiver Set SG36-37 Carrying Handle SG36-40 XM8 Grip Rubber
ollie_ty
Why didnt you just buy a second one? How much have the parts come to so far?
HJA1512
The SRC parts cost $170, which is cheaper than $276 with S&H from eHobbyAsia or $320 from BlazingToys. I don't have a need for another 3x optical sight either, will just use the one from my Carbine when I buy the z-ISM V replica.

Imperator
Lovely G3. Have one just the same. Those are not CETME wood kits. Those are HK G3 wood kits. The original G3A3, had wood kits instead of bakelite ones. The CETME kits are slightly diferente, as it can be seen here (last picture): http://world.guns.ru/assault/sp/cetme-mod-a-b-195-c-e.html
Wingmann
Correct. The rear sight and handgrip are different between the CETME and the G3 too. Still, being Spanish myself I call it "chopo" as we called our very own CETMEs

spence52490
What's the shame in that? It's far superior to the *generic Americanski assault rifle*. True. My only real reason would be mags because I don't own a G36C anymore, just armalites, sigh.
