Lance Jackass
Great SA80 and carbine there. They really are teh sex! How much did they cost you mate?
king_P90
The Carbine came from Endoshoji link and cost me £230.52p and was literally just luck that they found one! The SA80 came from MGC link and cost me a total of £314 but that included 5 extra mags. However I had to get them to find me one specially which took them about 4 months Both of these companies did a great job and I would recommend them to anyone.
Lance Jackass
Looks like the academy AED (sa80) is based on ye olde LS model then? (follow the link around endoshoji)
M1911A2 guy
No, it's an M16A1 Carbine M4 would have a flattop receiver with shell deflector Not to mention the A1 trades. And WMH's mp5 can eject real 9mm brass <{POST_SNAPBACK}> M4 is the fixed carry handle carbine, M4A1 has the picatinny flat top upper. Nice guns guys! If anyone is ever interested in selling one of your classics, ole' M1911A2 guy is interested.

PILMAN
Sorry I already posted this in the SA80 thread but it fits here too MMC L85A1 with Asahi internals, bought it from sniperX on classicairsoft I've heard the MMC had nice bodys but ###### internals, the Asahi internals should get the job done, just need to get a regulator, already have a HPA tank. Souske
Sorry for my ignorance towards classic gas rifles, but what is best "bang for you buck" for a full metal GBB M16 carbine/CAR-15? I love the realism from the GBB (sans the full metal tank). Thanks.

PILMAN
heres some pictures of the magazine. While it maybe an MMC body everything internally is completely changed. Makes it easy so I don't have to hunt down the MMC L85 mags. Uses the standard Asahi m16 magazines Edited March 19, 2006 by PILMAN

I would hate to see an AEG in that condition. Does the water have any effect on the moviing parts in gas guns? Further more, I have heard of Sniperx, but I was wondering what was a good brand for a full metal GBB M16 carbine.
Bloodred
If all goes according to plan, I will have my new Escort-tuned GBB MP5A5 by the end of next week, and then I will post lots of pictures and probably a video as well As far as GBB M16s go, I hear good things about the Sun Project guns, but I'm just getting into classics so I can't tell you much more than that. AustinWolv
sniperx does not "make" the Sun Project M16s. He and his brother do some really cool upgrades for them however. My collection, give or take a couple, over the past year or so. Missing my Asahi M60E3 SDX and Asahi full-metal FNC. Edited March 21, 2006 by AustinWolv

Guest
Long Range Barrel It's a way of creating backspin without hop. They're commonly used in Classics where you can't fit an actual hop up unit inside.

Get range of about 300 feet. I shot my L85 w/ asahi internals for the first time sunday. My god that things amazing, the sound. Lets just put it this way videos cannot describe the sound and feel of a classic, they actually appear much weaker and don't sound as good in video. When your in a game you definitely can tell the unique sound of a classic and the realism. Amazing how fast they shoot too full auto. I was running about 80 PSI into mine.
