NoRemorse
Though I already posted this, guess not. The M4 is metal, my camera's flash makes it look weird.

Kyle Hawkins
Hello, I have a couple of ideas of how i want to paint my UTG M87 Pistol grip and i would like to know what you think. I was thinking of doing a simple 3 tone paint job (green, tan, and black) i would paint the barrel green, i would paint the receiver tan, and i would leave the pump, magazine tube, bolt, R.I.S. rails black. And i was thinking about useing a spray on bed liner for a pickup truck so it would also protect the gun. so please tell me if any of this would be a good idea to you, if i get some positive feedback i might actually paint it. thank you
ThePatriot
so please tell me if any of this would be a good idea to you, if i get some positive feedback i might actually paint it. thank you <{POST_SNAPBACK}> You should modify your own guns based on what YOU think is a good idea, not what other people think. If there's one thing for certain, there's no accounting for other people's taste.
The Crunchy Bunny
bigc, that is one of the most beautiful weapons i have seen in a while. At least for an Amrmalite.
bigc3031
Thx crunchy, I wanted it to look a little different than the standard M4 with a rail.

ThePatriot
what'd you use to mask the paint off like that?
msx361
Thanks guys, its masking tape mate I sprayed the whole thing sand dund, then stuck loads of bits masking tape over it. Then i dusted it with OD and khaki, then peeled off the tape. As promissed photos of the updates. If it was for me i think i would of left it as was, but i was doing this for someone else that wanted all the colours used. What do you think? Its got a nice texture to it aswell now. statikzero
Excellent job blending it into a natural surrounding, dhindo. The paint job looks to be top quality. I am assuming your local skirmish field carries the same colors in nature?

statikzero
LOL...It's Schmidt & Bender by the way and the CQB short dot by them is in the $2200 price range. HERE Doubt many sane people would paint that up and attatch it to an airsoft gun.
