angel_wings
Source: Airsoft news EU. Little bit odd these, good for those who are looking for the extra realism so that's a good thing! Bit I find interesting is that, unless its a typo, Pro-win designed these for the WE M4. First time an aftermarket company has produced something for a 'clone' company? I can't think of any other examples off the top of my head (although I may well be wrong!) Wings
1st Commando
Very interesting but they are not for a clone company are they The WE M4 is not a clone
angel_wings
Have I gone mad then? I thought WE copied most of the design from WA? Either way, the important bit to note is 10rd magazines! Wings
1st Commando
you must have joined us in the madness The 10 round mags will be great for those doing dmr rifles based on the WE but it's appeal will be very limited I think . I actually quite like them myself ,just for looks
Kaliman
Nowhere does it say that the actual Gbb magazine will hold 10 rounds. It just says they replicate the REAL steel 10 rnd mag!
Horsem4n
dont they mean 20 round mags? those are 20 rounder length... and, it is a WE M4 in the pic. WE's M4 is a design based off the Sun project/Escort M16 GBB system.
renegadecow
To be more specific, a revived version of the now defunct K1 Customs which was a off-shoot from an Escort. As much as I'd want one of those short mags for looks, an A1 receiver to go along with it would be much, MUCH, sweeter methinks. I wonder if they might make a 100rd drum?
Hispeed1
They should've made it a replica 20-round mag. 10 rd is too short.
Horsem4n
I wonder if they might make a 100rd drum? theres one in development, but it seems to be vaporware since i cant find anywhere official that has news on them.
pforcerecon
Those are pretty sweet looking lil mags, especially if your doing a DMR or NAM style role. It would be sweet to see a CQBR setup with one of those babies, kind of like how Inokatsu displayed theirs on their website showing the gun with a trijicon reflex sight, CVL laser, LE stock, 20rd mag, and old school Insight light. the.jaguar
I heard pro-win or other brands are also making 10/20 rounders for WA GBB is that true? and when do we expect it to release?
[BS]_MARS
As others have said, why a 10 rounder? Why not a 20 rounder so that we can use them for Vietnam stuff and be correct for an SPR variant rifle? Baffling...
uscmCorps
As others have said, why a 10 rounder? Why not a 20 rounder so that we can use them for Vietnam stuff and be correct for an SPR variant rifle? Baffling... Exactly. It's not like they can't stagger 20 rounds into that. It'd barely take up 7cm of vertical space. Baffling indeed.
chris u'5
Is there any mention of price? I think they will have to be pretty cheap to sell.
BaBaBooey
To be more specific, a revived version of the now defunct K1 Customs which was a off-shoot from an Escort. ....which was an off-shoot of YE. Or was Escort a "reincarnation" of Youth?
slu
Pro Win as in PGC? If so, this is old news, they announced that a few weeks ago and they're making them compatible for both WE and WA via adapter. However, that photo is new, and the first I've seen of their 20-rnders. More info can be found here: http://gasguns.info/forum/viewtopic.php?f=25&t=418 http://www.prowin-technical.com/ $65 was the last of heard of price, half that of WA, twice that of WE. ThaFlash
I'm not sure whether I would like these mags better than others. Just going from track record, in my experience, PGC has been my favorite company to purchase WA parts from. And their mechboxes are works of art. But RA-Tech looks promising as well. Oh well, you can never have too good of a mag, or too many mags. Last I heard it was $50-$60 range, but I could very well be mixing it up with RA-Tech. What I love to see is that they incorporated a roller on the top of that valve lock to prevent wear and tear on the WA version.

massoh2
Are you sure Pro-Win is PGC? I know PGC stands for Perversity Gun Corporation...
Horsem4n
i was about to say, they arent the same. Pro Win makes the expencive blue gearboxes for AEGs. PGC sticks with gas gun stuff as far as i know.
slu
Are you sure Pro-Win is PGC? I know PGC stands for Perversity Gun Corporation... I'm quite sure, PGC recently changed their web address. The second photo of the magazine used to be on the front page of the old PGC site. Consider the old PGC website: http://www.pgc.com.hk/index1.html. It links to the Pro-Win site. Pro-Win has been a long time brand name of PGC, and I guess it's now been spun off. Also, the metal kit for my P226 is PGC, but came in a Pro-Win box.
Romulus
In my experiance Pro-Win and PGC are used interchangeably. My PGC 1911 kit was branded and sold as Pro Win. These HK companies are so inbred...

uscmCorps
According to Airsoft-News.eu the ProWin WA & WE M4 GBB magazines have been cancelled. From ProWin: Due to some technical problem, together with the time. ProWin decided to cancel the WA & WE Magazine development ! Sorry for the inconvenient ! Here's hoping RATech makes some decent low cost mags!
