Wai Hoong Chan
I bought the deagle from someone else who had installed all the metal parts. The metal had a coat of black paint on it, which I sanded off
GreenBeret
hey hkssr20det, how do you like the sights?
CapaciousZepher
Wow Chan, I don't usually go for silver Desert Eagles (black should be the rule for such a manly gun), but yours is fantastic. The finish is brilliantly done. Â Cheers! Â - CapaciousZepher
hkssr20det
hey hkssr20det, how do you like the sights? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Â They're great. Glow when any light is present. Much better than the stock sights. Just remember they don't work with the Zeke metal slide.

Smithy1988
Hey guys, I have a TM Desert Eagle. Now i was sitting here looking at some of you desert eagles, and i had a sick and spine shuddering idea............... is it possible to fix a small grenade launcher on to the bottom of the barrel? It's just i skirmished on sunday, and some nooby nearly had a heart attack when i popped up beside him, point blank, pointing my desert at him. Bang kill, as it was to close to shoot him, the little twerb opened up on me with his stupid MP5 (the scream of fear which came out of him was well worth it). I would be curious to see what he would of done if it had a grenade launcher attached to be bottom as well. *devilish grin* Â p.s. does anyone know where i can get a decent holster at a fair price? Â cheers guys
Wai Hoong Chan
dunno if they make holsters for grenade launcher activated desert eagles Edited June 12, 2007 by Wai Hoong Chan
my_plague_666
hmm, you could put a thread adaptor on the end and use madbull rifle grenades or even better make up a QD system for quick grenade changes. Â and thanks to wai hoong chan i am now a proud deagle owner, hehe and i thought my old M190 was fun.

Wai Hoong Chan
oh, I've never seen them before, do you have a web link dude? Â I've no idea how it would attach either?
kinau
Redwolf had them a while back, they simply plug into your Desert Eagle's barrel  Kin  Edit: Can't seem to find them there anymore. My search-fu sucks though Edited June 13, 2007 by kinau
Smithy1988
Well i had a daring kind of plan. I don't want to go drilling or screwing anything onto my new desert eagle, so i was thinking about designing a clamp, to which i could fix a 20mm rail to the bottom of the barrel in front of the trigger guard. To which i could add a mini launcher system.  E.g. http://www.wgcshop.com/pcart/shopper.php?i...ade%20Launchers  But the clamp would have to be removable....... thinking along the line of when i get bored of using my AEG, switch to pistol (or hand cannon) and fix on my grenade launcher.  I will keep you posted on my progress if i undertake this challenge. If anyone has any suggestions let me know.  Noobs and faint hearted airsofts beware *evil smirk* Smithy Edited June 13, 2007 by Smithy1988
my_plague_666
if the launcher was light enough you might be able to attack it to the trigger guard and then attach the front over the end of the barrell if you know what i mean.
Wai Hoong Chan
won't that launcher fit on the top, on the slightly bigger then 20mm, rail? Â you could get this maybe, http://www.wgcshop.com/pcart/shopper.php?i..._desert%20eagle ? Â as for the silencer adaptor, how does it stay attached?
