waxxer
I think it looks okay. once Ive painted a red plastic CA flashider and used it on my C when the gun was too heavy cause of the other stuff on the foregrip. didnt help much though. :]P
waxxer
well, not exactly what youve been looking for, but: http://www.pbase.com/shinjitnoir_01/g36_cqb_project_

newbkiller
shortyusa.com has a pic. I assume you are referring to a birdcage flashhider.
Sixy
Some good G36s here. I've seen a few G36's that has a vertical foregrip mounted on the bottom of the foregrip without a 20mm rail, can anyone tell me how to do the same?
_maverick_
shortyusa.com has a pic. I assume you are referring to a birdcage flashhider. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Yeah the birdcage flash hider. Didn't find a pic on shorty though. Got a link?
rippon
Is the CA36 better than the CA36K and CA36C since it has a longer barrel? Or more accurate / higher velocity. I am thinking about getting one.
Jagdraben
Not necessarily. If you like big guns, get the CA36. If you like small guns get the CA36C. If you just like guns, get the CA36K.
Abelius
They are almost identical in performance. After you get a tightbore barrel (Prometheus, KM or Madbull), you won't even notice the difference. Get the one that looks best in your eyes.
SHOWEN1976
Could someone please post a pic or two of a C with a M4 style flash hider for me? I'm wondering if it'd look good. Thanks <{POST_SNAPBACK}> My teammate's G36C with sr16 QD flash hider
waxxer
that gun is under heavy usage!
Tjer
I like that; a rough, dirty and used G36c!

rtrdpenguin
Ah I see I'm too late but I just remembered I still have this pic: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v260/rtr...ct/sl9cv013.jpg Different birdcage flash hider, though it's not entirely on a g36c... front part looks the same though. edit: stupid me, I forgot to put the image tags on, stopped the page from loading halfway, and it posted twice =( Edited November 27, 2006 by rtrdpenguin

CobaltSky
Damit thats what I want! Except I'll be putting the RS dual optic on it and probably a large 3-prong flash hider as well. EDIT: Just wanted to confirm that the mag well converter works with the SL8 receiver. Thanks Edited November 27, 2006 by CobaltSky
BoB SoiL
EDIT: Just wanted to confirm that the mag well converter works with the SL8 receiver. Thanks <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Yup, G36's and SL9/8's use the same magwell (I'd know, I have one of each ), so it should work perfectly fine
CobaltSky
Nice. Means I'll be using the cheap CA midcaps. All the midcaps for the G36 seem to be rather more expensive which is rather annoying. That was a quick PM: The double rather was intentional Edited November 27, 2006 by CobaltSky
Fuser
My teammate's G36C with sr16 QD flash hider <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Nice to see that people aren't afraid to get their G36's dirty...everyone I've ever talked to can't stand running around in the mud/sand with theirs. Nice little rifle, and awesome flashhider.
Thorbard
Personally I clean my guns' externals when I get back from skirmishing, so no mud on photos, unless they're still at the game site (exception being the foregrip on my MP5SD. thats too much of a pain to clean). That said, they get abused and knocked about a fair bit so more likely to show scratches and scrapes than mud and stuff.
[BS]_MARS
Just yesterday was the first time I'd ever gleaned my AK and mags. I figured when rust flakes off the mags and the bolt grinds with sand it's a good idea. Still works just fine though.

_maverick_
Nice! I've been wondering if a silencer would fit in a g36 handgaurd like that. What silencer did you use? BTW nice sig man Edited November 28, 2006 by _maverick_
