DarkLite
Yep. Â Â Nice. How's it perform? I was toying with the idea of getting one somewhere down the line.
Extraordinaire
Nice. How's it perform? I was toying with the idea of getting one somewhere down the line. Â If you don't mind the plastic body, I think they're the best base for a M4 build on a budget. Â The plastic is very solid and G&G didn't skimp on the internals at all. Â Best sub-$150 I've spent on an airsoft gun. Â
[NL]Infinity
M4 CQC, king Arms based  Mine will be all black and PTW based, but it's gonna look pretty much alike. I can't wait to get mine finished as yours looks mighty fine .
kojak
my newest toy......  Top M4 shell ejecting AEG with 6 mags and a bucket load of shells   Coming soon: aluminum shells.  I'm sure that most people just use them for plinking, but how much fun would this be for CQC? aznriptide859
Glad to see someone else do the BHD M727. Here's my rendition: Â Â Â (Sorry that was as complete I got the gun - ending up sold it).
«Imado»
Here's my setup, it started as an Airsoft GI G4-A3 (essentially, a custom G&G CM):     The scope is only mounted half way because those scope rings are garbage, I have better ones on order. Also, that attachment in the side of the RIS is my camera mount....  I have got this gun firing 400fps (on the dot) at 25rps. The only internal work that may be in for the future is an AWS Raptor mosfet (when they are out) and, possibly, a high speed helical gear set (not too high though).
aznriptide859
The front and top of that gun burns my eyes.
«Imado»
The front and top of that gun burns my eyes.  Care to elaborate?  Believe it or not, I welcome criticism....as long as it's constructive.
aznriptide859
The front is messy (wiring, elastic straps). The battery bag is an immense eyesore. So is the scope riser. Â I'm one for sleekness/ergonomics in one package, and to me a lot of your gun seems cluttered (not the receiver/PRS, that looks nice). I know not everyone sees their builds this way, but to me gun builds require a lot of aesthetic balance - shoving random things on it doesn't make it look pretty.
«Imado»
I completely understand, the battery bag and scope riser are eyesores. I wish I had better looking alternatives...  The battery bag was switched to the front out of necessity. I used to have this wired to the rear with the bag attached to the stock (it honestly looked worse). The only option I see is to move to lipo batteries and get one to fit in the PRS buffer tube, which is something I'd rather not do.  I am looking for a better scope riser. It is serving another purpose though, keeping the RIS from loosening. Due to the plastic reciever, the RIS cannot be locked down as much so the riser helps that. I suppose I could try a low profile riser with high profile rings...  The coiled wire is for my PTT button, normally it is mounted on my gear.  I do see what you mean by cluttered, everything besides the battery I can clean up....
