See I've got an ABS Strike Warrior for winter use, so gas efficiency isn't a huge concern - I'm aware it'll suffer a fair bit with the metal kit, but I've got 2 strike warriors and the National Match kit is awfully tempting..

Any ideas as to what/where usually needs filing and fettling? I'm assuming slide rails and the like?

Yeah, that's basically it. A few seconds with a steel file did the trick for me. I think it's whatever coating (and its very nice) that Guarder applied that adds a little extra thickness.

You could also have the magwell milled out to accept CO2 mags

That sounds alright to me - I'd heard horror stories of nothing fitting from a few years ago, but all I can find recently is the kits are almost a drop in. Good to know, cheers man.

I AM WINNING! The M120 is quick, but lacks the torque the KA box needs. However, the KA motor has the torque, but doesn't like the MOE grip. So now, it's back to standard motor and grip, and is quicker now it's adjusted. Still, i've ordered some 11.1 lipos. That'll teach it.

PDI makes an adapter, but it basically just grub screws into the inner barrel.

Seriously, a 5 minute clean of the barrel and removing the velocity reducer, i'm hitting the same yard thick tree 9 times out of 10 at about 70 meters... It's frikkin' amazing!

I can't remember how JPC kangaroo pouches are structured - do they have built-in dividers? If so, I think frogfish has come up with a way to rig up Esstac KYWIs. Otherwise take a look at the Ferro FC-M4-KTS, it looks narrow enough.

They do have built in dividers, but it's only the TMC job so I'm happy enough cutting them out. That looks pretty much spot on man, cheers for the tip!

My idea of plinking is transition drills, setting up IPSC style coke can courses, drawing from concealment... Essentially I spend an hour or two every few evenings boss'ing my way around the house, heh. Definitely helps in games 'n all. Still, it's going to be skirmished and skirmished hard, so once I've had it a bit longer I'll get some impressions up with regards to any failures or wear etc.

No, the hop-up arm was bent too much and caused the BBs to curve significantly right ("significantly" as in at least a foot at 10ft distance). After bending it back to 90 degrees, it's working correctly ever since.
