Well, the seller didn't say it was a tacpoint, but he said it was made by the same manufacturer. Anyways, it wasn't too expensive ($60 + shipping), so I didn't really expect much. Before buying an Aimpoint. Pay 70bucks more and get a Tripower. You will not be dissapointed!  Here some specs of the first Tripower!
