Chris North
How is that Blackhawk by the way? Can you twirl it at all?
seppuku
Yeah, Marushin brand (so they actually clear the gas mag). Nowhere near as nice as RS wood grips, but much nicer than the stock, flexy plastic grips. That's pretty damn cool....Where did you get them from, if you don't mind me asking? I have a black HW Constrictor, and the grips are disappointing - the lastic with fake wood finish is just bad. I was thinking about painting them somehow, but I'm not convinced it would look any better. I was also thinking about selling that gun and getting an M60 with the limited wood grips, but I don't think that would be terribly frugal of me. Still need to oil up the M500 and take some decent pics....
hkssr20det
I got my grips at Dentrinity for like $40. Not too bad.
Spedz
How is that Blackhawk by the way? Can you twirl it at all? Â It's huge and quiet heavy. I've been able to twill it poorly once or twice also the cylynder 'locks' into place without the extracter open or the hammer cocked. I must admit the only thing I find dissapointing is the grips. It seems to be creaky at one place so am thinking o making my own instead.

renegadecow
Great looking saddle bag you have for the BlackHawk. Too bad the guns still too big to fit in the photo.
Spedz
Who mine? If so thank you renegadecow. For some reason it's easy to use the saddle bag to store it and carry around when not in use. Hmm I'll try and gett a proper picture of it. I did get a bit impatient and did hit the angle spot on I think.
hkssr20det
New Tanaka Super Red Hawk. Â Shoots like a monster. I need to work on the sights some, but otherwise I am pretty happy with it so far. I have RS Ebony grips to throw on later. Â Â

hkssr20det
It shoots straight, but well below the POA. I need to work on that. I am going to swap in the tight bore and mess with the trigger spring tonight.

hkssr20det
Finally got the grips I wanted for my M500. A little more slimming than I had thought they would be, but still looks like a FBI Special on Steroids: Â
