Bob_Marley
You people do realize that you have now decided what the contents of my wallet will be going toward for the next however long it takes me to make a vietnam ANZAC load-out don't you? And its gunna be expensive (well, less so if I chicken out and get an M16VN and say that i'm a forward scout). Nice pics BTW.
Catchv22
Actually, contrary to the popular belief, the M16 received a much better response in Vietnam. It was lighter than the M14 and the L1A1 SLR and much easier to control. ANZACs often tried to obtain them as it was considered a perfect jungle fighting gun.

screamin_weasel
OMG which, vicious, heartless ###### butchered that poor lil CAR-15. if i find him i will batter him. just established my kit list with the help of the forum (thread in gear discussion) im going for a SF look, with tigerstripes, M56 webbing, and hopefully a CAR-15 (although the current owner hasn't been replying to my PM's ) i think VN loadouts are all about the little touches that make your kit personal.
