They have so far sent out my 2 PEQ-15's, which I received today and supposedly the TD grip is on its way too. I just don't understand why they don't have an out of stock alert. If I knew, I would not have purchased these items. And also when I unpacked my PEQ-15's, one of the stickersheets had stickers missing! That is just wrong, missing stickers, not a big deal but christ, a bit frikkin obvious they have been taken if they checked items prior to shipping, As for their lack of stock alerts, that is very frustrating seeing they insist on payment before confirming if they have items instock, cancel the rest of the shipment and contact paypal for a partial refund ? However, like Tomster, one of the boxes was diffy (all fixings - lens caps, screws etc - were missing). I emailed them a photo of the offending box and a new one was shipped out immediately, which arrived intact, again, within 2 weeks. I personally was impressed - yeah there was a cock up, but it was resolved quickly and to my absolute satisfaction. Tomster, I'd suggest you do the same mate. Link to post Share on other sites

No offense, but you seem to be getting really ###### off because it's taking EB like a week and a half to get your sh*t straight. For any "normal" retailer, that would be a problem. But if you had done any research or looked through a thread or two you would know that EB ISN'T a "normal" retailer, and often times it can take 2+ weeks for them to get stuff to you. EDIT: For the record, I don't mean to sound like an *albartroth* here, I'm simply saying that you shouldn't be getting really ticked off that you don't have your stuff yet. And for future reference, only order things from EB if you don't mind waiting a little bit to get it. On a more positive note, I placed a small order (just one thing) on August 8th, I got a notice that it was "sent" on the 13th along with a tracking number. Checked the tracking number today and it works fine, says it was shipped on August 15th (yesterday). So it took a week for them to officially start shipping it, but I'm not too worried about how long it takes to get my product (hence why I ordered from EB...), and I've got a working tracking number. Yes but still, if you were to read even like the first page of this thread you'd come to the *stunning* realization that this "Jesse^_^" character is a complete f*cking retard. The way you deal with EB is just wait. If your stuff doesn't come in like 2 weeks, ask what's up. If they're still being entirely retarded, wait another week.
