WhiteHawksan
Well I'd expect similar quality from ARES and AGM, so the decider is gonna be the price point.. and I think AGM will win that hands down. Although to be fair if it werent for the fact that my local site doesn't allow full auto AEG's in CQB, I'd have one of these in a snap.
KK-pilot
Hmm, thiese will sell much better than a replica of the M/31 Suomi KP would. Firts, there's are the hordes of Russian airsofters who will propably have a national vodka party and honor the airsoft industry for finally bringing them a fair-priced skirmishable national AEG. And there's a lot more Soviet WWII re-enactors in need of a SMG than those who would buy the M/31 because they think it's cool or need it to complete their loadout. BTW, Pepeshka isn't a copy of M/31, similarities end with the drum mag and a somewhat similar appearance.
Isamu
Looks like 2010 will be the WWII replica year, not a fan of russian weapons but glad to see some "innovation" coming from china though
Kamigawa
Great news! I hope they don't stop here. There are still many WW2 guns to clone (give me my Mosin Nagant).
WhiteHawksan
a non shell ejecting Mosin, Kar98K or Enfield would be just dandy this year
Horsem4n
well, i was waiting for the AGM, but the HP is looking mighty tasty. V7 Gearbox... hmmm Someone should make a GBB one indeed... Escort-ized PPSH anyone? arent you already building one?
Mr. Blue
well, i was waiting for the AGM, but the HP is looking mighty tasty. arent you already building one? Yup, but mine is based on Real Steel parts. much more room to play with. But allot more headaches. But if this already have the hop up engineered for me, as well as mags and the stock is already drilled out i might just delay and sell off my RS ppsh. Given the climate here in the the states, I'd probably come out positive in terms of selling off.

Ferrarilove1
Holy markup Batman! $440 for the Ares PPSh makes this one look mighty fine.
DarkLite
A new bit of info - apparently real PPSH stickmags fit with a bit of dremel-work - something in the region of a millimeter or two of material removed - and MP5 midcaps fit perfectly into the RS mags! Mr. Blue
- and MP5 midcaps fit perfectly into the RS mags! Yup, as I mentioned in the AGM PPSH thread. ... tailored to the G&P mp5 midcaps because the actual midcap insert fits perfectly into an empty PPSH -41 Stick mag... You will have to cut the feed lips though and do a tiny bit of dremel work on the midcap insert depending on the nationality of the magazine. ( Polish slip in fine, Russians and Chinese need a bit of work)

RC-1138
ACM companies making original guns? hallelujah SCAR, F2K, XM8. May not have been great but they were first.
Horsem4n
but the question is if you fit the midcaps to the real mags and fit the mags into the gun, will they feed bbs correctly?
FireKnife
Well this is very interesting. But i really want a M1 / M2 Carbine that is AEG, that will make some win. Come on, new WW2 replicas. 'FireKnife'
GuzziHero
Competition is good always, for us consumers anyways haha, AGM version is privately funded (its not AGM started project) but someone from the outside (i know who but cannot post it here) someone funded that project to make it. I'm pretty sure I know who...but I'm zip-lipped.
WhiteHawksan
I think both the AGM and the HP will sell well, the GM for the price point and HP for quality. Even tho you can't disclose the name what was the cost of the funding? Just interesting to know

Even tho you can't disclose the name what was the cost of the funding? Just interesting to know I didn't ask and most likely they would not tell i think that's only business for the one who paid it and for the one who makes it (business secret)
GuzziHero
Well, if this is the one which is made by the person I think it is, this is the one I will buy. I know he has a dedication to WW2 airsoft and will get it as right as he can.
