abbadon101
Well its meant to be small and compact, thats why i use a belt rig as well as the SOHPC.
kingdong
Well i was rockin mine with a warrior PLB belt aswell but i suppose it didnt feel right for me, so i just went back to a RAV.
Caelas
I have been scouring the Konstipation photos, and found an M4 next to a supposed SFSG member. Can anyone confirm either of these? http://www.konstipation.com/stuff/walt/sfsg/3.JPG
arne71
My guess is that the rifle belongs to the helo crew. The SFSG guy just probably jumped at the chance to have his picture taken inside the chopper.
abbadon101
Indeed. I can't see anything that identifies him as UKSF/SFSG really. He could just as well be a Ranger.
Staffy
He could just as well be a Ranger. Not with a Selex CT5 on his RAV... UKSF or Brit SFSG IMO...
Misfit
He's SFSG and jumped in for the photo. He is most definitely not a ranger.
Caelas
So the M4 is not one of those from the British armoury, it is simply an American weapon sitting inside the American vehicle?
Misfit
US military aircraft have mounts for M4s in the event the pilots have to defend themselves after being shot down, as a pistol is unlikely to be much use. British pilots use the L22A2 as their PDW.
Caelas
I thought so... ah well... thanks for the info.

Caelas
This is quite a pathetic question, but would UKSF ever use an Eagle Land Ciras? I just got one for a ridiculous price, and I'd like to know if it would be possible to build a UK impression off of it.
spetsnazdave87
Not a Ciras mate no
Caelas
Damn, looks like it'll be yank kit for me.
Staffy
Caelas, it's not proper SF but seems to remember I've seen a CIRAS on a Pathfinder Platoon (now 16 AAB BRF) soldier during a FIBUA A-stan pre-deployment training exercise in UK. There should be a footage on YouTube...
boomheadshot (infidel)
They were Warrior RICAS vests, which is based of the Land CIRAS, so you could do that.
-Angel-
RICAS is based on the Maritime. And yeh, there is video of PF from a few years ago and one of them is wearing multicam RICAS. I have a screen grab at home.
Blackjack13
That looks awesome Murta! KPC? If so how'd you find it? Also how adjustable is it (length wise)?
Doughguy
Noones wil get to know youre a brit ...
Murta369
Thanks , i got abbadon to hunt for one for me its got alot of room for a taller guy , im 5,10 but someone 6,5 with a massive chest wouldnt feel out of place in one doughguy , nicked the KPC and LBT combo from you hope you dont mind
Blackjack13
Brilliant, I think I might go down that route over the SOHPC then as I think the sizing will sit better. Do you find it rides up at all (based on Spetz's comment on UKAZ)? And would hitting it with some Krylon be acceptable? I definitely looks the dogs'.
Murta369
no not when ive been wearing it but i havent had a chance to try it out in game , but it dosent seem like it will ride up. and i dont see why not , im tempted to do it to mine
TheL96Sniper
Hey guys, Well my next loadout is gonna be an update For my woodland gear. I want a British loadout but not like all the common skirmishers at my local site... More UKSF or SAS or what not. I have a pair of magnum boots, getting a new set of DPM's and have my weapons. This is where I'm stuck... Load-carrying? I want something light but still have a bit of room for stuff. I have an OD hydration carrier and would like the vest or chest rig to be OD also. Also I don't mind if its a pre set rig or MOLLE. Something like what the SAS use in COD4 woodland missions. Top? I was thinking a Black Viper spec ops shirt. But I don't really know. Head? A baseball cap or helmet? OD and black shemagh and goggles or glasses? Other gear? Black drop leg holster. Patches- just flags or unit ones? Obviously it's near impossible to find pics of the SAS in green landscape only desert/urban. So that's why I mentioned COD 4 for the load carrying. I am on a low budget and I don't need to be 100% accurate and replicas etc when possible Cheers in advance! Aaron
