unimatrix001
Just spotted this at UKASC http://www.ukasc.net/comment.php?comment.news.791 Maruzen has announced MP7, UMP, MP5 and M11 type guns. No info about the operation, but Maruzen means GBB for me
NamantH
wait... a GBB UMP? now that would be something I could handle
Bert
Why would they add the M11 to the list, though? Could only mean.. a: Entirely new gas system, i.e entirely new M11 or b: AEP rubbish from Maruzen. Option b is, thankfully, highly unlikely.
screamin_weasel
*remembers patheticness of Maruzen MP5K*
Qhs
Great find! Now to decide, a TM electric or a Maruzen GBB...GBB FTW!!! screamin_weasel- true that the Maruzen GBB system is horrible for skirmishers, but to collectors, it more realistic.
Crazy_Harry
might be interesting to see if maruzen has improved on its design- I know the scorpion was a truly scary piece of kit in a skirmish, but it always looked like it was about to disintegrate. I think heyhomes had one for about a year, on pretty light use, before it died the death. Might be nice to have a gbb ump though...
Phoenix
Dang now I have to make a desicsion...

staticzero
Sweet! I hope they perform well... I'd love to have a skirmishable gas SMG.
screamin_weasel
oh, i forgot to add i am curently drowning in a pool of my own salive at the thought of a GBB UMP.
Diemaco
GBB MP5 ooh that would be nice, only in full metal though
Crazy_Harry
absotively good sir, though even a full-size gas mp5 in plastic (not the external gas-fed types, but a standalone one) would be teh sexeh. UMP is very tempting... no idea if it'd be even remotely skirmishable, but who cares, right?
Crandall
MP5 for me!
Pyro
Jaw drops* oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooh UMP!UMP!UMP!UMP!UMP!UMP!UMP!UMP!UMP!UMP!UMP!UMP! You Am Peeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee! I want one now more than i want the TM M10A1. I hope it'll be a Closebolt Mechanism instead of the Openbolt of the MP5K. codename 47
i like the idea of a gas mp5 like the old shell ejecting ones but without the shell ejecting
unimatrix001
Sweet! I hope they perform well... I'd love to have a skirmishable gas SMG. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> +1 If the Maruzen MP7(A1 hopefully) is well made I will change my secondary weapon completly to the PDW concept and sell my pistol . BTW: Were's my rep-point for this nice find?
Vektor
This looks almost too good to be true, despite the fact that the company manufacturing these is Maruzen... Yes, I´m also thinking about the MP5K GBB... Or to be precise, every single Maruzen gun I´ve owned (MP5K, M11, several CA870 varients) so far. Seems like Maruzen has very good overall design, but usually one (or more) stupid little glitch ruins the whole package. I´m still going to buy either UMP or MP5 GBB, even if alone the smell of Green Gas would break it. Just whenever they release one. Anyone remember, when Maruzen released the MP5K GBB, there also was a rumour about GBB M4 Carbine... Which never got into production.

Might be nice to have a gbb ump though... <{POST_SNAPBACK}> having used the scorpion in many a skirmish (it was my first gun) I have to say the only drawback was the upper reciever problem. But there is a fix on the web, not the pretiest but it is doable.
Rob15
MUST HAVE A GBB MP5 DAMN IT!!!!!
5thElement
Sounds great. Just a pity airsoft will probably be banned in the UK before we can get our hands on them
BakaBox
If I don't buy either the UMP or MP5 gbb, you can kill me.* *That's if they're any good.
Sledge
Hmm, electric TM MP7, or GBB version that'll rip itself to pieces? TM it is.
elrey
Dammit Maruzen, PLEASE improve your damn internals so these damn guns can run on damn green gas.
Bert
Hmm, electric TM MP7, or GBB version that'll rip itself to pieces? TM it is. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Miniature sewing machine, or miniature nailgun?
NamantH
see im torn... I have played with my scorpion alot and I love the gun... but yeah running it on green gas did blow out the seals on 2 of my mags... which sux. the rest of the gun held up... and I have fired alot of shots through it I will wait to pass judgement till I see some real world results on these guns..
