yeatzee
That is one sick loadout you got yourself there L_S.....Hey airsoftkona could you PM the specs of that rifle...never seen anything like it, it has to be my favorite M16 type weapon ive ever seen. Thanks
airsoftkona
Its real steel... All of my airsoft guns are at my parents except the mk23 in my holster. It was just sitting there along with my bolt action and could not help but to pick it up for the picture. Don't think the bolt would look as good with the kit. Easy enough to make in airsoft though... PM'ed. That is one sick loadout you got yourself there L_S Indeed, vary nice... Those SCAR's are really starting to grow on me. I am trying to decide between the SCAR or the Magpul M4 they just released. Is that one of those devgru frogman headsets? How does it work, I am looking at getting one. uscmCorps
Here is the updated vest and gear. Decided to take some pictures with some of my gear on. Just finished the front plate pouch today and got the supplies to finish the padded shoulder straps. So the vest is done and ready to go just needs the back plate pouch. Also am finishing up the rest of the pouches for it. Enjoy! http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v221/han...ads/fnrtvst.jpg" target="_blank">http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v221/han...ads/fnrtvst.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v221/hangingchads/grbk.jpg" target="_blank">http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v221/hangingchads/grbk.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v221/han...hads/vstfrt.jpg" target="_blank">http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v221/han...hads/vstfrt.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v221/han...ds/vstangsd.jpg" target="_blank">http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v221/han...ds/vstangsd.jpg Dude... nicely done. You know... you could probably sell those. I'd recommend switching the side velcro patches from OD Green to Coyote Tan. BTW, how hard is it to buckle up the side release buckles once you've got the sides in place?

buzzsaw
Blimey! Nevermind you RT, I'm almost 17 and Alex makes me feel old! But like he said, good job and welcome to the world of MC! Like you I started with a full replica MC loadout, which is now being slowly being taken over by real MC gear. It's a satifsying but expensive experience!
airsoftkona
Dude... nicely done. You know... you could probably sell those. I'd recommend switching the side velcro patches from OD Green to Coyote Tan. BTW, how hard is it to buckle up the side release buckles once you've got the sides in place? I am thinking about selling but have to work out some other things before I would consider to sell these. I wanted to do the Tan velcro on the sides but both the suppliers I get my matrials from were out and are still not in with it. I supposed I could of used 3 2" strips but just got the 2" a week ago. That is one of the things I would chane about the vest is the OD velcro but is not all that distracting. Getting anything tan or coyote is hard cause not only does it go with multicam but with almost every other desert color so I buy as much as I can afford of the coyote supplies when I can get them. Buckles are not hard actually. It takes some practice but is the same as the old FSBE vests and that is what I use to use allot so I had gotten use to it. I am thinking about changing that design to a surface mount buckle which will take care of any problems clipping. You really don't need the buckles cause the velcro holds just fine but for some reason with some things I tend to over do it. It helps keep the vest from peeling apart I guess if some how the velcro gets caught on something while playing.
